Վիեննայում Սիրիայի շուրջ հանդիպման մասնակիցները կփորձեն հաղթահարել տարաձայնությունները

Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաք Վիեննայում հոկտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի կունենա Սիրիայի իրադրության կարգավորմանը նվիրված բազմակողմ հանդիպում այն պայմաններում, երբ դրա մասնակիցների միջեւ խորը տարաձայնություններ են պահպանվում այն հարցի շուրջ, թե ինչ քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկվեն արդեն ավելի քան չորս տարի շարունակվող քաղաքացիական պատերաÕ �մին վերջ տալու համար: Միեւնույն ժամանակ այդ ուղղությամբ խաղաղապահ ջանքերի ակտիվացումը եւ խորհրդաժողովի մասնակիցների կազմի ընդլայնումը թույլ են տալիս հուսալ, որ կհաջողվի հասնել եթե ոչ բեկման, ապա գոնե հակամարտության դադարեցման նպատակով կոնկրետ ուղիների որոնման: Ամենահամեստ հաշվարկներով՝ դրա զոհ է դարձել ավելի քան 200 հազար մարդ, միլիոնավոր բնակիչներ լքել են հարազատ վայրերը, եւ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի վրա կախվել է սուր ու ընդգրկուն հակամարտության իրական սպառնալիքը:
Վիեննայում բանակցությունների ներկայիս մեկօրյա փուլին չորս անգամ ավելի շատ պատվիրակություններ են մասնակցում, քան մեկ շաբաթ առաջ, երբ Դանուբի ափի քաղաքում հավաքվել էին Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Թուրքիայի եւ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները: Այս անգամ ցուցակն զգալիորեն ընդլայնված է, իսկ ամենամեծ նորությունը դարձել է Իրանին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ հրավիրելը:
Հանդիպմանը պետք է մասնակցեն նաեւ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Թուրքիայի, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների, Քատարի, Հորդանանի, Գերմանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Եգիպտոսի, Իտալիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Իրաքի եւ Լիբանանի պատվիրակությունները: Բանակցություններին կմիանան նաեւ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Սիրիայի գծով հատուկ պատվիրակ Ստեֆան դե Միստուրան եւ ԵՄ-ի արտաքին քաղաքական ծառայության ղեկավար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին:
Ինչպես նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, բազմակողմ ձեւաչափով հանդիպմանը նախորդել են նախօրյակին կայացած մի շարք երկկողմ հանդիպումները, ինչպես նաեւ Վիեննայի «քառյակի» նիստը՝ ՌԴ-ի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի եւ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարների մասնակցությամբ:
