ՀՀԿ-ն նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրինագիծը բարելավելու իր տարբերակներն ունի

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրենքի նախագիծը բարելավելու իր տարբերակներն ունի և պատրաստ է քայլեր ձեռնարկել առկա խնդիրները վերացնելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ընթացքում լրագրողներին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցութÕ �ան ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: «Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ այս հարցում խնդիրներ կան, և պետք է անենք ամեն հնարավոր բան, որպեսզի լուծում տանք այդ խնդրին: Մենք դեռ քննարկումների համար ժամանակ ունենք մինչև երկրորդ ընթերցում, և ես հուսով եմ, որ կկարողանանք կարգավորել այդ հարցը»,- ընդգծեց Բաղդասարյանը:

ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում և «Նույնականացման քարտերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենսդրական փաթեթի առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկման ժամանակ ՀՀԿ-ն լսել է բոլոր առաջարկները և առաջիկայում քննարկելու է դրանք մյուս քաղաքական ուժերի հետ:

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում և «Նույնականացման  քարտերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենսդրական փաթեթը: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները քվեարկությանը կարող են մասնակցել նաև նույնականացման քարտերով: Սահմանվում է նաև, որ անձնագրերը դրոշմակնքվելու են, իսկ նույնականացման քարտերը՝ ոչ: Ընդդիմադիրներն օրենսդրական փաթեթի քննարկման ժամանակ մտահոգություն են հայտնել, որ օրենքի ընդունումը կարող է նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծել կրկնակի քÕ �եարկությունների համար: Նրանք ներկայացրել են բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար: Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության  հեղինակ, ՀՀ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը խոստացել է մինչև երկրորդ ընթերցում կազմակերպել քննարկումներ և գտնել լուծումներ խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար:
