Արմեն Հովասափյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Բազմիցս խոսվել է ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունեցող քննարկումների միօրինակության ու գաղջ մթնոլորտի մասին հատկապես: Շատերին է ձանձրացնում օրերով շարունակվող «ջուրծեծոցին»: Վերջին խորհրդարանական քառօրյան իր ձանձրալի և ոչ կառուցողական մթնոլորտով հիասթափեցրեց նաև ՀՀ քաղաքականությամբ հետաքրքրվող այն փոքր հատվածին, ովքեր քառօրյայից քաղաքական դաշտի ակտիվացում և թարմություն էին սպասում:
Վստահ կարելի է ասել, որ ԱԺ-ում այս շաբաթ օրենսդիրները զբաղված էին դասական ժամավաճառությամբ: Նշենք, որ քառօրյայի ընթացքում քննարկվեց օմբուդսմենի տարեկան զեկույցն` իր հայտնի քաղաքական պիտակավորումներով, քննարկվեցին նաև նույնականացման քարտերի մասին և ակցիզային հարկի մասին օրենսդրական փաթեթները:
Նույնականացման քարտերի մասին հարցի քննարկումն ունիկալ ու եզակի էր իր բնույթով, քանի որ պատգամավորներն իրենց ելույթներում անցան հազարամյակների քառուղիներով, բարձրաձայնեցին հարյուրավոր տարիներ առաջ տեղի ունեցած պատմական անցքերը, հիշեցին հայ դասականներին, հասան մինչև ՀՀ առաջին հանրապետություն, ոմանք ասմունքեցին: Պատգամավորներից ոմանք անգամ սկսեցին անեծքների ու նզովքների միջոցով իրենց պնդումները հիմնավորել: Օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումն այնքան պրիմիտիվ էր, որ ոմանք ելույթ էին ունենում ուղղակի, այսպես ասած, «ստաժի» համար, սակայն իրականում բովանդակային քննարկում գրեթե չկար:
Պատգամավորների մի հատվածն ուղղակի կրկնում էր արդեն վեր հանած հարցերը` ընդգծելով, թե «այդ ամենն ավելի է կարևորում»:
