Ալեն Ղեվոնդյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ-ում կան տնտեսագիտական ուղղվածության մի շարք պետական և մասնավոր ԲՈՒՀ-եր, մի շարք համալսարաններում կան տնտեսագիտական բնույթի առանձին ֆակուլտետներ, հետազոտական ինստիտուտներ, տարեկան հարյուրավոր, եթե ոչ հազարավոր շրջանավարտներ են դուրս գալիս այդ կրթօջախներից, այդտեղ աշխատում են բազմաթիվ տնտեսական մասնագիտությունների տեր դասախոսներ՝ դոկտոր-պրոֆեսորներ...
Հիմա առանցքային հարցադրումը. ու՞ր են նրանք հրապարակային-քննարկման հարթակներում, երբ ՀՀ տնտեսական վիճակն այսքան մտահոգիչ է: Ու՞ր են նրանց առարկայական վերլուծություն-առաջարկությունները, քննադական կամ գնահատողական կարծիքները: Ինչու՞ են նրանք ավանդաբար պասիվ...Չէ որ հենց նրանք նաև պետք ինչպես աջակցեն, այնպես էլ քննադատեն ու ինչ-որ առումով ուղղորդեն մեր Կառավարության տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը, դրա իրատեսականությունը, արդյունավետությունը: Ենթադրելի է, որ նրանք այդ ոլորտի գիտակները պետք է լինեն, մինչդեռ նրանք, կարծես բացակայում են:
Տեղեկատվական հրապարակային դաշտում բոլորն անընդմեջ քաղաքականությունից են խոսում, մինչդեռ երկրի համար առանցքային կարևորություն ունի հատկապես տնտեսությունը: Այսօր քաղաքացին չգիտի վաղը տնտեսության մեջ իրեն ինչ է սպասում, տնտեսական ինչ վարք որդեգրի: Բազմաթիվ՝ այդ թվում քաղաքական խնդիրների հիմքը տնտեսական վիճակն է: Այս առումով տեղեկատվական դաշտում գործնականում դատարկություն է. լավագույն դեպքում ունենք մեկ-երկու տնտեսական ուղղվածության փորձագետ, ովքեր երբեմն որոշակի դիտարկումներ են անում առկա վիճակի մասին և վերջ:
Այս ամենի պարագայում տրամաբանակն հարց է ծագում, որ եթե նրանք «ֆիզիկապես առկա» են, բայց «գործնականում ներկա» չեն, որն է նրան գոյության իմաստը: Փաստոերն, ինչպես նաև կրթա-գիտակն մի շարք այլ մասնագիտությունների ոլորտներ, այստեղ նույնպես ձևավորվել է «զարգացման» ինքնավերատադրվող մոդելը:
