Ներդրումային ոլորտի զարգացման ակտիվ գործունեությունը

Փաստ թերթը գրում է.
Կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել «Պարկ գրուպ» ԱՊԸ կողմից ներկայացված հանգստի և ժամանցի կենտրոն ստեղծելու 22 միլիոն դոլարիներդրումային ծրագրին: Երևանի քաղաքապետին առաջարկվել է Մոնթե Մելքոնյան փողոցին հարակից տարածքում գտնվող 27,66 հեկտար պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող անտառային ֆոնդի հողերի նպատակային նշանակության փոխադրումը հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների հողերի նպատակային նշանակության:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է հիմնել տարածաշրջանում նմանատիպը չունեցող մանկական, երիտասարդական, ընտանեկան հանգստի, ժամանցի և զվարճանքի կենտրոն՝ հագեցած լավագույն եվրոպական արտադրողների գերժամանակակից ատրակցիոններով, շքեղ լազերային էֆեկտներով շատրվանով և սննդի սպասարկման կետերով:
Առաջին անգամը չէ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ներդրումային ճկունություն է դրսևորում: Ընդ որում ոչ միայն արտաքին, այլև ներքին ներդրումներ ներգրավելու տեսքով: Եվ սա այն պայմաններում, երբ Հայաստանում այսօր շատ դժվար տնտեսական վիճակ է: Իսկ Երևանի քաղաքապետն ու իր թիմը ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչպես պետք է ղեկավարել քաղաքը, որպեսզի այն համ գեղեցկանա ու դառնա հարմարավետ, համ էլ ունենա ներդրումներ, որոնք բնականաբար կապահովեն աշխատատեղեր ու հարկերի տեսքով կնպաստեն Հայաստանի բյուջեի ամրապնդմանը:
Ծրագրի իրականացմամբ շուրջ 350 աշխատատեղ է ստեղծվելու, իսկ ծրագրի ընթացքը կտևի 60 ամիս, այսինքն 5 տարի, ինչը նշանակում է բավականին կայուն բարեկեցության երաշխիք ծրագրում ներգրավվածների համար: Չենք մոռանում նաև Երևան քաղաքի զարգացման հեռանկարը, որը միշտ էլ եղել է քաղաքապետարանի ցանկացած գործունեության հիմնական թիրախը:
