Ռուսաստանի դեմ ամերիկյան նոր պատժամիջոցները, մասնավորապես՝ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի նկատմամբ, կարող են նաև ազդել Մոսկվայի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցություն ծավալող երկրների վրա: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ամերիկյան խորհրդի արտաքին քաղաքականության անալիտիկ Սթիվեն Բլանկը: Խոսքը մասնավորապես վերաբերում է Հարավային Կովկասին՝ Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին: Այս մասին գրում է eadaily.com կայքը:

Քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանի համոզմամբ ասված խոսքերը տեղին են, բայց միայն Ադրբեջանի մասով, և հենց միայն Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ պետք է սանկցիաներ կիրառել: Քաղաքագետը գտնում է, որ ԱՄՆ–ն պարտավոր է Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ կիրառել սանկցիաներ, իսկ Հայաստանի հանդեպ՝ ոչ, քանի որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ ստրատեգիական–դաշնակցային պայմանագիր ունի, և ի տարբերություն Ադրբեջանի՝ մերը կոմերցիոն գործարք չէ: Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի՝ սա նույնն է, թե ԱՄՆ–ը Թուրքիային զենք չմատակարարի:

«Հայաստանը կոլեկտիվ անվտանգության պայմանագրի անդամ է, Ռուսաստանի հետ ունի հարթ հարաբերություններ, հետևապես Հայաստանի վրա դա չի կիրառվում: Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ պետք է կիրառվի, որովհետև նա այդ պայմանագրի անդամ չէ, նրա զենքի մատակարարումները անչափ են դարձել ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանից, այլև Իսրայելից, Հարավաֆրիկյան Հանրապետությունից, միաժամանակ կոմերցիոն գործարքներում ագրեսիվ նպատակներով է զինվում, իսկ Հայաստանն այդպիսի նպատակներ չունի»,– նշեց նա:

Դիտարկմանը, թե նյութում խոսք կար այն մասին, որ ամերիկացի քաղաքագետի զրույցում ակնարկ կար Ռուսաստանի՝ նախկին ԽՍՀՄ–ը վերականգնելու փորձերի մասին, Շիրինյանը նույնպես նկատեց, որ դա հեռու չէ իրականությունից: Ըստ նրա՝ և՛ ապրիլյան պատերազմը, և՛ Ադրբեջանին զինելը հենց այդ նպատակն ուներ, որովհետև մենք «կջախջախվեինք» և օգնություն կխնդրեինք, Ռուսաստանն էլ կասեր՝ միացե՛ք, կօգնե՛նք: Բայց, բարեբախտաբար, մեր զինվորն այդ վիճակը փրկել է:

«Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի մատակարարումը, կարծում եմ, ԽՍՀՄ–ը վերականգնելու հետնախորշային նպատակ ունի: Ռուսաստանի՝ Ադրբեջանին զենքի մատակարարումը անօրինական է, Ադրբեջանի ստանալն՝ անօրինական և վտանգավոր: Իսկ այն, որ Ռուսաստանը ապրիլյան պատերազմում ուզում էր վերականգնել ԽՍՀՄ–ը , անկասկած է: Այդ պատերազմում հայ զինվորի արյան գնով պաշտպանած պետականությունը Հայաստանին ավելի անկախ դարձրեց և տապալեց Կրեմլում մտահղացած ծրագիրը: Դրա համար, այդ Սթիվեն Բլանկը մեզ պետք է հիացմունքով ընդունի, նա պետք է հիանա հայ բանակի դիմադրության կարողությամբ, որը նաև պաշտպանվելու կարիք ունի: Իրենք էլ պետք է օգնեն մեզ: Հակասական թող չթվա, բայց այդպես է:

Ադրբեջանը, Ռուսաստանը խախտում են անում, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ոչ: Ռուսաստանը բազմաբովանդակ քաղաքականություն է վարում, ըստ պայմանագրի իբրև թե մեր բարեկամն է, բայց զենք է մատակարարում մեր թշնամուն, այն էլ՝ ագրեսիվ պետությանը: Այնպես որ, պատժամիջոցներ պետք է կիրառվեն Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ»,– ասաց Շիրինյանը:
