ԱՊՀ երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը կանցկացվի Ղրղզստանում

 Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Տաջիկստանի մայրաքաղաք Դուշանբեում մասնակցել է Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության (ԱՊՀ) մասնակից պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստին: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում եմ փոխվարչապետ, մÕ �ջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, փոխնախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը, ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

«Ազգի» պալատում պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները հանդիպում են ունեցել Տաջիկստանի նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնի հետ:

Հանդիպումից հետո «Նավրուզ» պալատում տեղի է ունեցել ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստը՝ նեղ կազմով, որին հաջորդել է ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների ընդլայնված կազմով խորհրդի նիստը:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են օրակարգային շուրջ 30 հարցեր, որոնք առնչվել են առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու խորացմանը, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական, ֆինանսական, իրավապայմանագրային և հումանիտար ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության խորացմանը: Մասնավորապես, քննարկվել է մինչև 2020 թվականն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար ԱՊՀ տնտեսական զարգացման Ռազմավարության երրորդ փուլի իրականացման (2016-2020թթ.) միջոցառումների ծրագիրը, որն ուղղված է ԱՊՀ մասնակից երկրների գիտատեխնիկական և կրթական ներուժի իրականացմանը, ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի մշակմաÕ �ը, տնտեսության, էներգետիկայի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև բարձր տեխնոլոգիական և տրանսպորտային համակարգերի, միջտարածաշրջանային համագործակցության, մրցակցային քաղաքականության և սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանության, գյուղատնտեսության և այլ ոլորտների զարգացմանը:

ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են 2011թ. հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ստորագրված Ազատ առևտրի գոտու ստեղծման պայմանագրով նախատեսված քայլերի իրականացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Հաստատվել է 2016 թվականի ընթացքում ԱՊՀ-ի 25-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների իրականացման ծրագիրը: 
ԱՊՀ երկրների վարչապետները հանդիպման արդյունքներով ստորագրել են փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանն ու խորացմանն ուղղված մի շարք փաստաթղթեր: 

Որոշվել է ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնել մայիսին Ղրղզստանում:

Այսօր նախատեսվում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի առանձնազրույցը:
