LIFEԱյս շրջանը Հանրապետությունում ընդունված է անվանել գրիպի սեզոն, սկայն խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԱՆ պետական հիգիենիկ և հակահամաճարակային տեսչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Լիանա Թորոսյանը: Նրա հավաստմամբ` ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարվա այս շրջանի հետ` այս տարի գրիպով հիվանդների թիվը քիչ `:
«Գրիպի և սուր շնչառական հիվանդությունների մոնիթորինգը ցույց է տվել, որ գրիպով հիվանդների թիվը նվազել է: Վիճակը գնահատվում է համեմատաբար հանգիստ: Ներկայիս դրությամբ ծանր դեպքերով հոսպիտալացումներ չկան»,- հավելեց Լիանա Թորոսյանը: Նա խորհորդ տվեց առաջին հերթին մտածել` ինչ անենք, եթե հիվանդ ենք, և ինչ անենք, եթե չենք ցանկանում հիվանդանալ: Դրա համար, Թորոսյանի փոխանցմամբ, 3 օր պետք է անկողնային ռեժիմ պահպանել և տանից դուրս չգալ: «Չի կարելի գնալ աշխատանքի:
Դրա հետևանքով վատացնում եք ձեր վիճակը և վարակի աղբյուր եք հանդիսանում շրջակա միջավայրի համար: Երբ արդեն հիվանդ եք, պետք է շատ հեղուկ օգտագործել, հաճախակի քայլել բաց տարածքում, օդափոխել փակ տարածքները, կատարել խոնավ մաքրում և հաճախակի լվացվել»,- խորհուրդ տվեց մասնագետը: Նա հայտնեց նաև,ո ր ավելի խոցելի խումբ են համարվում հղիները, երեխանենրն ու տարեցները, որոնց իմունիտետը թույլ է և ավելի հեշտ են վարակվում:
Այս խմբի ներկայացուցիչներին Թորոսյանը խորհուրդ տվեց ինքնաբուժմամբ չզբաղվել և արագ դիմել համապատասխան բուժկետ` բուժումներ անցկացնելու համար: «Քանի որ գրիպի սեզոնի մեջ ենք, պետք է առավել զգոն լինել: Եվ պետք չէ յուրաքանչյուր դրսևորում, անգամ քթից հոսելուն, գրիպ անունը տալ: Հատկապես մեծ սխալ է դեղատներից սեփական ցանկությամբ անտիբիոտիկ դեղորայք գնելը:
Դրանք անտիվիորւսային չեն, և այդ այն օգտագործելով` դուք արհեստականորեն ուժեղացնում եք ազդեցությունը, իսկ վիրուսն իր գործն անում է մինչև վերջ»,- իր խոսքում նշեց մասնագետը` հավելելով, որ Երևանում և մարզերում վիչակը նույնն է, տարբերություններ չկան: Մարզերում նույնպես խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա:
