Վազգեն Մանուկյանը՝ ՀՀ նախագա՞հ. «Հրապարակ»
POLITICS«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Այս օրերին ՀՀԿ-ն «մարտական պատրաստականության» է բերված. շաբաթ օրը ՀՀԿ կազմակերպիչ Ռուբիկ Թադեւոսյանի աշխատողները ՀՀԿ խորհրդի անդամներից հետաքրքրվել ե, թե առաջիկայում քաղաքից դուրս չե՞ն գալու և հորդորել են դուրս չգալ, որովհետեւ ՀՀԿ խորհրդի 3 նիստ է լինելու. առաջինը` մոտ օրերին` «նվիրված» ՀՀ 4-րդ նախագահի թեկնածությանը:
ՀՀԿ-ականների մեծ մասը տեղյակ չէ, թե ում վրա է կանգնել ընտրությունը։ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի անունները բացառում են, Գագիկ Հարությունյանին Դատական բարձրագույն խորհուրդ են ուղարկելու։ Վերջին օրերին ակտիվ քննարկվում է Հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի թեկնածությունը։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, այն մերժելու մի հիմք են մատնանշում՝ օտար լեզվի չտիրապետելը։ Չնայած նա ԱԺՄ հիմնադիր նախագահն է, սակայն կարող է կասեցնել անդամությունը, քանի որ Սահմանադրությամբ ՀՀ նախագահը պետք է լինի անկուսակցական։ Սրանով ոչ այնքան պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, նախկին վարչապետ Մանուկյանի վաղեմի երազանքն իրականություն կդառնա, որքան նրա կնոջ՝ ՀՀ առաջին տիկին դառնալու։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանուկյանը 1996-ին առաջադրվեց ՀՀ նախագահի թեկնածու, ոմանց կարծիքով՝ անգամ ընտրվեց, սակայն Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի իշխանությունը չզիջեց աթոռը, բռնությամբ ու ձերբակալություններով ճնշելով ժողովրդական հուզումները։ Ըստ Սահմանադրության՝ նախագահն ընտրվում է մեկ անգամ՝ 7 տարի ժամկետով»:
