Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցման գումարը ավելացվել է

ՀՀ քաղաքացիների դրամային ավանդների երաշխավորման չափն ավելացվել է մինչև 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ` մինչ օրս գործող մինչև 4 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն:

Խնայողությունների միջազգային օրվան ընդառաջ  Հայաստանի բանկերի միության և ֆիզիկական անձանց ավանդների փոխհատուցման երաշխավորման հիմնադրամի հետ անցկացված համատեղ միջոցառմանը հայտնեցԱվանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի տնօրեն ՀերմինեՀարությունյանը: «Եթե ավանդատուն անվճարունակ բանկում ունի միայն դրամային բանկային ավանդ, ապա երաշխավորված ավանդի չափը 10 միÕ �իոն հայկական դրամ է՝ ներկայումս գործող 4 միլիոնի փոխարեն, եթե ավանդատուն անվճարունակ բանկում ունի միայն արտարժութային բանկային ավանդ, ապա երաշխավորված ավանդի չափը 5 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ է՝ գործող 2 միլիոն դրամի փոխարեն»-նկատեց Հարությունյանը:

Բանախոսի պնդմամբ` Ազգային ժողովում ընդունված օրինագծով կարգավորվում են նաև այն դեպքերը, երբ ավանդատուն անվճարունակ բանկում ունի դրամային եւ արտարժութային բանկային ավանդներ: «Եթե դրամային բանկային ավանդի գումարը 5 միլիոն հայկական դրամից ավելի է, ապա երաշխավորվում է միայն դրամային ավանդը` մինչև 10 միլիոն հայկական դրամով: Գործող օրենքի համաձայն՝ եթե դրամային բանկային ավանդի գումարը 2 միլիոն հայկական դրամից ավելի է, ապա երաշխավորվում է միայն դրամային ավանդը` մինչև 4 միլիոն հայկական դրամով»,-հայտնեց Հերմինե Հարությունյանը

Նա հավելեց, որ երբ ավանդատուի դրամային բանկային ավանդի գումարը պակաս է 5 միլիոն հայկական դրամից, ապա երաշխավորվում է դրամային բանկային ավանդն ամբողջությամբ և արտարժութային բանկային ավանդը`5 միլիոն դրամի և հատուցված դրամային բանկային ավանդի տարբերության չափով: «Գործող օրենքի համաձայն՝ եթե դրամային բանկային ավանդի գումարը պակաս է 2 միլիոն հայկական դրամից, ապա երաշխավորվում է դրամային բանկային ավանդն ամբողջությամբ և արտարժութային բանկային ավանդը` 2 միլիոն դրամի և հատուցված դրամային բանկային ավանդի տարբերության չափով», -պարզաբանեց Հարությունյանը` հույս հայտնելով, որ այս փոփոխությունները կհանգեցնեն ներգրավվող դրամական միջոցների ավելացմանը, ինչի արդյունքում բանկերը հնարավորություն կունենան ընդլայնելու տրամադրվող վարկային միջոցների ծավալները»,-եզրափակեց Հերմինե Հարությունյանը:

Ազգային ժողովը հոկտեմբերի 26-ին միաձայն՝ 114 «կողմ» ձայներով, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդներիհատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչների հեղինակածօրինագիծը, որով 2,5 անգամ բար ձրացվում է ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների փոխհատուցման գործող շեմը:
