Տևական ժամանակ է` Հայաստանում արձանագրվել է դոլարի փոխարժեքի նվազում: Եթե մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ 1 դոլար կարելի է փոխանակել 480 և ավելի դրամով, ապա այժմ 1 դոլարի դիմաց փոխարժեքը հաստատվել է մոտ 470 դրամ սանդղակի վրա, ընդ որում, մի քանի օր առաջ գինը իջել էր մինչև 468 դրամ:

Past.am-ը տնտեսագետ, ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանից հետաքրքվեց, թե որն է դոլարի կտրուկ նվազման պատճառը: Մելքումյանը բացատրեց, որ առաջին 7 ամիսների ընթացքում արձանագրվել է ներկրման ծավալների կտրուկ կրճատում, մասնավորապես, կրճատումը կազմել է 800 մլն դոլար: Տնտեսագետի խոսքով` մինչև տարեվերջ կրճատումը կհասնի 1 մլրդ դոլարի սահմանին: Բացի այդ՝ զուգահեռ կան նաև տրանսֆերտների կրճատում՝ 400-450 մլն դոլարի չափով:

«Այս տարբերությունների պարագայում ունենք մոտ 400 մլն դոլարի դեֆիցիտ: Այդ է պատճառը, որ ունենք դոլարի նվազում, չկա դոլարի նկատմամբ պահանջարկ: Չկա ներկրման ծավալի ավելացում, ինչի արդյունքում էլ առաջանում է դոլարի դեֆիցիտը»,- մեկնաբանեց Մելքումյանը:

Խոսելով 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին` նա տեսակետ հայտնեց, որ դեռևս վաղ է վերջնական տեսակետ հայտնել, սակայն ավալացրեց, որ դա հնարավորությունների փաստաթուղթ է:

«Բյուջեում արձանագրված են բոլոր ներքին և արտաքին մարտահրավերները, բյուջեում գրված են դրանց հետևանքներն ու արդյունքները»,- ասաց Մելքումյանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ բյուջեում արձանագրված է 2.2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ: Մելքումյանի կարծիքով՝ պետությունը կարող է արձանագրել փոքր տնտեսական աճ, սակայն դրա ազդեցությունը կարող է ավելի պոզիտիվ լինի, քան անհամեմատ մեծ տնտեսական աճի դեպքում:

Մելքումյանը թերահավատությամբ շեշտեց, որ բյուջեի նախագծով 2016 թվականին պետք է լինի 65 հազար դրամ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափ, ինչը, ըստ տնտեսագետի, շատ հեռու է իրականությունից:
