«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Երևան–Գյումրիմայրուղուցսկիզբառնողմոտ 10 կմերկարությամբճանապարհը, որըտանումէդեպիՀայրենյաց, Հայկասար, Տուֆաշենհամայնքներ, անմխիթարվիճակումէ. այնչինորոգվել 1982 թվականիցիվեր, ևբնակիչներիհամարդարձելէթիվմեկխնդիրը: Տուֆաշենցիները «Փաստ»–իհետզրույցումդժգոհեցին՝չիէլվերանորոգվի, քանիդեռչկապետականաջակցություն։Գյուղացիներըգիտակցումեն, որ 10 կմճանապարհահատվածիվերանորոգումնառանցպետականմիջոցներիուաջակցությանհնարավորչէ։

«Բա մենք ո՞նց ենք դիմանում, մեծ գումարներ էլ չի պահանջվում, որ պետությունն էս հարցը լուծի։ Էս ավեր ճանապարհներով երեխաներ, հիվանդներ ու հղիներ են անցնում։ Քանի հիվանդություններ կստանան, իրենք գիտեն արդեն, շատ վրդովված ենք, ինչի՞ համար մենք պետք է մտածենք, թե մեր երեխաներին որ կողմով ուղարկենք, եթե իրենք այս գյուղում են ծնվել–մեծացել»,– բողոքեցին տուֆաշենցիները։ Ճանապարհն այնքան է վատացել, որ արդեն տաքսիները, շտապօգնության մեքենաները չեն մտնում համայնք:

«Եթե Արթիկից մեր գյուղ 7 կմ է, տաքսին ժամանակին ուզում էր 700 դրամ, հիմա 2000 դրամով էլ չեն քշում: Ասում են՝ չենք փչացնի մեր ավտոն, ծախսի տակ ընկնենք»,– պատմեցին մեր զրուցակիցները:

Այստեղարդենհոգնելենքանդվածճանապարհներիհարցըբարձրացնելուց։Նրանցխոսքով՝Արթիկիտարածաշրջանումմիայն 3 համայնքի՝Հայրենյացի, ՀայկաշենիևՏուֆաշենիճանապարհներնենքարուքանդվիճակում։

«Մնացած գյուղերի ճանապարհները լավ վիճակում են։ Մենք ընդհանրապես ճանապարհ չունենք»,– վրդովվեցին գյուղացիները:

Համայնքներն իրենց ուժերի ներածին չափով փոսալցումներ են արել, բայց դա չի օգնում, ասֆալտապատում է պետք:

Տուֆաշենցիների տարիների պահանջն արդեն իրականություն է դառնում: Համայնքի ղեկավար Արտակ Եգորյանն այսօր աչքալուսանք ունի բնակիչներին: Գարնանը ճանապարհը կբարեկարգվի: Համաշխարհային բանկը ճանապարհի կառուցման բեռն իր վրա է վերցրել:

«200 միլիոն դրամ են նախատեսում Հայրենյաց, Հայկասար, Տուֆաշեն համայնքների ճանապարհը կառուցելու համար: Նախքան Նոր տարին եկել են, չափագրել, մայիսին աշխատանքները սկսելու են: Այս անգամ հույս ունենք, որ գործը գլուխ կգա: Վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում նման խոստում չէր եղել, որ գան ու տեղում ճանապարհի վիճակը տեսնեն»,– փոխանցեց Եգորյանը:

Տուֆաշենում ավելի քան 429 բնակիչ է ապրում: Սովորաբար ձմռանն այս ճանապարհն անանցանելի է դառնում: Այսօր եղանակային պայմանները բարենպաստ են, ճանապարհով երթևեկել հնարավոր է:

Չնայած ճանապարհների ոչ բարվոք վիճակին՝ այստեղ հասարակական տրանսպորտ է գործում: Տուֆաշենցիները կարողանում են կապ հաստատել մարզի մյուս բնակավայրերի հետ:
