ՀՀ ՊՆ-ում քննարկվել են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զարգացման 2016-2020 թթ. հիմնական ուղղությունները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում հոկտեմբերի 30-ին կայացել է պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստը` նվիրված ՀՀ պաշտպանության ռազմավարական վերանայման արդյունքների հիման վրա ՀՀ զինված ուժերի զարգացման 2016-2020 թվականների շրջափուլի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների, զարգացման պլանի հիմնական ուղղություննե րի քննարկմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցության և գործողությունների համադրման շրջանակում կոլեգիայի նիստին մասնակցել են ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները:
Ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին` Սեյրան Օհանյանը ՀՀ պաշտպանության և անվտանգային համակարգի հեռանկարային զարգացման համատեքստում կարևորել է պաշտպանության արդեն երկրորդ ռազմավարական վերանայման գործընթացի անհրաժեշտությունն ու արդիականությունը: Գործընթաց, որի վերջնանպատակն է ապահովել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի երկարաժամկետ և կայուն զարգացումը, ընդլայնել զինված ուժերի մարտական կարողությունները: Նիստի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել զինված ուժերի զարգացման պլանի միջոցառումների կատարման ընթացքին, ռազմավարական վերանայման յուրաքանչյուր փուլի հիմնական եզրահանգումներին և խնդրահարույց հարցերին, բանակում ներդրված «Խելացի պաշտպանություն», «Հրամանատրում առաջադրանքի միջոցով» ղեկավարման սկզբունքների և մոտեցումների կիրառման գործնական արդյունքներին, միջազգային ռազմական համագործակցության հնարավորությունների ընդլայնման, զորային կառույցի կատարելագործման և ընդհանուր առմամբ պաշտպանական համակարգի վերափոխման կարևորագույն ուղղություններին:
Քննարկվել են ՀՀ անվտանգային միջավայրի շուրջ առկա և հավանական սպառնալիքները, դրանց հակազդման մեխանիզմներն ու ռազմավարական բնույթի միջոցառումները: Օրակարգային հարցերի շուրջ տեղի է ունեցել կարծիքների փոխանակում, հնչել են մի շարք առաջարկություններ: Արծարծված հարցերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը և կոլեգիայի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց դիտարկումները: Հետագա անելիքների վերաբերյալ նիստի մասնակիցներին առաջադրվել են որոշակի խնդիրներ:
Կոլեգիայի նիստի ավարտին ամփոփվել են նաև 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում զինված ուժերում իրականացված աշխատանքները, կարևորագույն միջոցառումները, մատնանշվել են ձեռքբերումներն ու բացթողումները: Առաջիկա հիմնական անելիքների և մասնավորապես` ձմեռային նախապատրաստական միջոցառումների պատշաճ կազմակերպման և դրանց կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կողմից տրվել են համապատասխան ցուցումներ և հանձնարարականներ:
