Իրավապաշտպանը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է, գրում է «Փաստ» օրաթերթը

 

Բանաստեղծ, իրավապաշտպան, հեռուստահաղորդավար Հայկազ Մակարյանը կանգնել է ծանր կացության առաջ: «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում 27–ամյա երիտասարդը նշեց, որ իր սոցիալական իրավիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է: Իրավապաշտպանը, ով հանդիսացել է բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ակցիաների նախաձեռնող և կոորդինացրել է բազմաթիվ սոցիալական աշխատանքներ, խնդրում է` լսել իրեն:

«Խոսքը վերաբերվում է ապրելատեղին, կացարանին և աշխատանքի բացակայությանը, իսկ ամենածանրը այն է, որ ես բացարձակապես մենակ եմ»,– նշեց Հայկազ Մակարյանը:

Հորից զրկվել է վաղ տարիքում, մորը կորցնելը նրա համար ամենամեծ հարվածն էր, որովհետև դեռ 14 տարեկան էր ու հենց այդ ժամանակ կորցրեց մանկությունը:

Ուսման մեջ հաջողություն է ունեցել, տպագրել է բանաստեղծական մեկ ժողովածու.

«Հավատում էի, որ կհասնեմ արդյունքի, սակայն մեր երկրում «մեջք» է հարկավոր լավ գործ ունենալու համար ու ոչ թե կրթություն: Ես առողջական խնդիրներ ունեմ` տեսողական խնդիր և դեպրեսիվ իրավիճակներից առաջացած լարվածություն, և այսքանի հետ մեկտեղ պատրաստ էի պայքարել: Ես ոչ մեկից երբեք գումար չեմ խնդրել: Ես աշխատանք եմ խնդրում և պատրաստ եմ ամենածանր գործն էլ կատարել: Երկուստեք համագործակցություն եմ փնտրել, մշակութային, սպորտային, գիտական ծրագրերում: Ես աշխատել եմ որպես լրագրող, սակայն հայտնվեցի կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ: Չեմ հասկանում, թե ինչո՞ւ են մարդիկ այսքան անտարբեր, երբ կարող են օժանդակության ձեռք մեկնել դիմացինին ու նեցուկ լինել»,–ասաց Հայկազ Մակարյանը:

Հայկազ Մակարյանը ծանոթանալով Հռոմում բնակվող հայտնի հայ գործարար Արթուր Ասատրյանի (Դոն Պիպո) հայտարարությանը, թե պատրաստ է համագործակցել ծրագրեր ունեցող հայ երիտասարդների հետ դիմել է նրան.

«Արթուր Ասատրյանին հանդիպեցի 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20–ին և հանդիպումը բավականին ջերմ անցավ: Նա ինձ խոստացավ օգնել աշխատանքի հարցով, սակայն այլևս նրա հետ կապ հաստատել չհաջողվեց: Ես նրանից գումար չեմ խնդրել` աշխատանք եմ խնդրել: Ես դիմում եմ նաև սփյուռքում բնակվող այն հայերին, ովքեր կցանկանան օժանդակել Հայաստանում աշխատանք չգտնող մարդուն, որը բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր ունի և պատրաստ է դրանք իրականություն դարձնել»:

Հայկազ Մակարյանը կարծում է, որ իրեն «ոչնչացնում» են քաղաքական հայացքների և աշխարհընկալման համար.

«Մեր պետական համակարգի գործելաոճը չեմ ընդունում և առհասարակ ոչ մի կուսակցության շարքերում չեմ ընդգրկվել: Գող չեմ, մարդասպան չեմ, դատված չեմ եղել, ոչինչ չեմ ունեցել կյանքում, որի համար ինձ նախանձեն կամ ատեն ու ասեն` այս վատ պիտակների համար քեզ գործ չենք տալիս: Ես չեմ ցանկանում երկիրը լքել ու գնալ, բայց մարդ եմ և ապրել եմ ուզում…»,– մանրամասնեց նա:

Հայկազ Մակարյանի համար ամենացավոտ խնդիրը կացարանի հարցն է: Ապրում է մորաքրոջ և տատի հետ` Աշտարակ քաղաքում:

«Ես այդ տանը օտար եմ ու ամեն վայրկյան կարող եմ հայտնվել բաց երկնքի տակ: Եթե էսպես շարունակվի, չեմ դիմանա… միակ խնդրանքս է, որ փորձեն ինձ ինչ–որ կերպ փրկել այս վիճակից: Խնդրում եմ թույլ տվեք ծրագրերիս հոգի տամ, կենդանություն տամ և ասելիքս չհնչի` ձայն բարբառո անապատի:

Նշենք, որ Հայկազ Մակարյանը դիմել է նաև Արագածոտնի մարզպետին, ով խոստացել է օգնել, սակայն մինչ օրս որևէ քայլով չի արձագանքել:
