Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյան. «Խորհրդարանում չեմ տեսնում այնպիսի ուժի, որը կարող է ընդդիմանալ Արմեն Սարգսյանի թեկնածությանը»
POLITICSՔաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում տեսակետ է հայտնել, թե Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության առաջադրած նախագահի թեկնածու, Միացյալ Թագավորությունում ՀՀ դեսպան, ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Արմեն Սարգսյանն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, առաջին իսկ փուլով կդառնա ՀՀ նախագահ հետո:
«Ուժերը, որոնք ի վիճակի են ընդդիմանալ այս թեկնածությանը, գոյություն չունեն այժմյան խորհրդարանում»,-ասաց նա:
Քաղաքագետը հիշեցրեց, որ նախագահի պաշտոնը, իհարկե, քաղաքական բնույթի է, սակայն առաջիկա նախագահի գործառույթները կլինեն զուտ ներկայացուցչական:
«Այն գործառույթները, որ կունենա նոր նախագահը, կլինեն անհամեմատելի նախկին երեք նախագահների գործառույթների հետ: Այս առումով անվանել Արմեն Սարգսյանին 4-րդ նախագահ կարելի է միայն ֆորմալ հարթության վրա:
Չորրորդ նախագահի գործառույթները կլինեն ներկայացուցչական, այսինքն՝ քաղաքական իշխանությունը նրա ձեռքերում չի լինի: Սակայն այն պարտականություններին, որոնք պետք է կատարի չորրորդ նախագահը, կարծում եմ՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը միանշանակ համապատասխանում է»,-ընդգծեց Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:
