Անվճար կամ 4000 դրամ վարձավճարով ուսուցումը հասանելի կլինի
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2018 թ. համընդհանուր թանկացումների ֆոնին երաժշտական ու արվեստի դպրոցների վարձավճարների փոփոխությունը՝ բարձրացումը, ծնողների ստվար մի զանգվածի մոտ դժգոհության ալիք բերեց: Վարձավճարները թանկացան թե՛ Երևանի հաշվառում չունեցող և թե՛ հաշվառում ունեցող սաների համար: Ամեն դեպքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ թանկացում տեղի չի ունեցել, այլ՝ միայն համահարթեցում:
Նմանատիպ համահարթեցումը, սակայն, կարող է բերել արվեստի ու երաժշտական դպրոցների սաների թվի կրճատման, քանի որ այսօր ցանկացած, անգամ 1000 դրամի ավելացումը մեծ բեռ է յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի համար (բացառություններ իհարկե կան):
Ծնողների լրացուցիչ բեռը ինչ–որ կերպ մեղմելու նպատակով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից ասվել էր, որ հնարավորություն կլինի օգտվել արտոնություններից, որնց թիվը նախնական 900 է, սակայն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կկրկնապատկվի: Այս օրերին քաղաքապետարանի կողմից մշակվել է մի որոշում, որի դրույթներից մեկի համաձայն հնարավոր է սահմանվեն անվճար և տեղական վճարի նկատմամբ կիրառված նվազեցման արդյունքում չորս հազար դրամ վարձավճարներ:
Այսպես, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների ուսումնական պլանով նախատեսված ծառայություններից օգտվողների կողմից Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 2017 թ. դեկտեմբերի 26–ի հ. 90–Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված տեղական վճարի վճարման խնդիրներ ունեցող ծառայություններից օգտվողների օրինական ներկայացուցիչը՝ յուրաքանչյուր տարվա սեպտեմբեր և հոկտեմբեր ամիսների առաջին 5 աշխատանքային օրերի ընթացքում, իսկ 2018 թ. հունվար–հունիս ամիսների համար, 2018 թ. հունվար և փետրվար ամիսների առաջին 5 աշխատանքային օրերի ընթացքում՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետին է հասցեագրում դիմում:
Դիմումում նշվում է երեխայի անունը, ազգանունը, հայրանունը, դպրոցի անվանումը, բաժինը և համառոտ նկարագրություն և/կամ հիմնավորում՝ անվճար և տեղական վճարի նկատմամբ կիրառված նվազեցման արդյունքում չորս հազար դրամ տեղական վճարով սովորելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ։
Նշենք, որ դիմումի հետ պետք է կցվեն դպրոցում սովորելու կամ ընդունված լինելու և վերջին երկու տարիների գնահատականների և առաջադիմությունների վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքները (տեղեկանքները տրամադրվում են դպրոցի տնօրենի կողմից), երեխայի ծննդյան վկայականը, դիմողի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ:
Ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում կայացրած դրական եզրակացության պարագայում, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի մշակույթի վարչությունը սույն որոշման 1–ին կետի 2–րդ ենթակետով սահմանված ժամկետում՝ դիմումատուի պատասխանի հետ միաժամանակ արդյունքների մասին գրավոր տեղեկացնում է համապատասխան դպրոցի տնօրենին։
Այս որոշման կատարման կազմակերպումն ու պատասխանատվությունը կդրվի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի մշակույթի վարչության պետի, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող երաժշտական և արվեստի դպրոցների տնօրենների վրա, իսկ որոշման կատարման հսկողությունը՝ քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանի վրա։
