Ի՞նչ էր ասել Մութալիբովը Խոջալուի դեպքերի մասին
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ԵԽԽՎ–ում ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ադրբեջանցու հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ չի խոսում Խոջալուի ցեղասպանության մասին, պատասխանեց, թե այդ դեպքերի և նրա մեղավորների մասին շատ մանրամասն ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահ Այազ Մութալիբովը:
Իսկ ի՞նչ էր ասել Մութալիբովը:
Ներկայացնում ենք «Независимая газета» թերթի 1992 թ. ապրիլի 2–ի համարում տպագրված չեխ լրագրողուհի Դանա Մազալովայի հետ Մութալիբովի հարցազրույցից մի հատված.
«Հարց. Ի՞նչ եք մտածում Խոջալուի իրադարձությունների մասին, որոնցից հետո հրաժարական տվեցիք: Խոջալուի բնակիչների դիակները հայտնաբերվել են Աղդամից ոչ հեռու: Ինչ–որ մեկը սկզբում կրակել է նրանց ոտքերին, որպեսզի չկարողանան հեռու գնալ: Հետո գործել են կացնով՝ փետրվարի 29–ին իմ գործընկերները նկարել են դիակները: Նոր նկարահանումների ժամանակ՝ մարտի 2–ին, նույն դիակները մաշկազերծված էին: Ինչպիսի տարօրինակ խաղ...
Պատասխան. Ինչպես նշում են Խոջալուի փրկված բնակիչները, այդ դեպքերը կազմակերպել էին, որպեսզի առիթ լիներ իմ հրաժարականի համար: Ինչ–որ ուժեր գործում էին Ադրբեջանի նախագահին վարկաբեկելու համար: Չեմ կարծում, թե հայերը ֆաշիստական գործողություններում իրենց մեղադրելու հիմք տային ադրբեջանցիներին: Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ ինչ–որ ուժեր շահագրգռված էին խորհրդարանի նիստում այդ կադրերի ցուցադրմամբ՝ ուշադրությունն իմ անձի վրա սևեռելու համար:
Եթե ես հայտարարեմ, թե դա ադրբեջանական ընդդիմության մեղքն է, նրանք կարող են հայտարարել, թե զրպարտում եմ: Բայց միջանցք, որով մարդիկ կարող էին հեռանալ, հայերն, այնուամենայնիվ, թողել էին: Այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ պետք է նրանք կրակեին: Հատկապես՝ Աղդամին մոտ գտնվող տարածքում, որտեղ այդ ժամանակ բավականաչափ զինուժ կար, որպեսզի դուրս գար մարդկանց օգնելու կամ պարզապես բանակցելու, որ խաղաղ բնակչությունը հեռանա: Այդպիսի պրակտիկա կիրառվում էր...
...Ի դեպ, այս ժամանակաշրջանում ես մի քանի անգամ զրուցել եմ ԼՂՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահ Մկրտչյանի հետ. «Դուք հազարավոր մարդ եք սպանել: Հնարավորություն տվեք վերցնել դիակները»,– ասացի նրան: Նա պատասխանեց, թե ոչ մի դիակ էլ չկա, և չի էլ կարող լինել, իրենց մոտ մեր մարդիկ են, որոնց իրենք կերակրում են՝ չնայած սննդամթերքը բավարար չէ, և պատրաստ են փոխանակել մեզ մոտ գտնվող պատանդների հետ»:
