SOCIETYՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 34-267.1 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է երեկ՝ հունվարի 26-ին, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի աշխատակիցների և ՀՀ Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի 6-րդ գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից «Արմենիա միջազգային օդանավակայաններ» Փակ Բաժնետիրական Ընկերության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի «Կարգո» օդային բեռնային համալիրի մաքսային հսկողության գոտում մաքսային զննության արդյունքում խոշոր չափի թմրամիջոց հայտնաբերելու փաստով։
Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ նշված ծառայությունները օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների արդյունքում զննության են ենթարկել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, ժամանակավորապես Երևան քաղաքի Աղբյուր Սերոբի փողոցի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Ալեքս Ավասաֆիի և Երևան քաղաքի Վրացական փողոցի բնակիչ, 20-ամյա Լիզա Հարությունյանի կողմից արտահանվող առաքանին՝ խորոված պատրաստելու համար սարքը։
Զննման արդյունքում նշված սարքի միջից հայտնաբերվել են 2 մետաղական դետալ, որոնց մեջ թաքցված են եղել շուրջ 7 կգ և 1 կգ կշիռներով մուգ շագանակագույն «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներ։
«Հայտնաբերվածը ենթարկվել է փորձաքննության, և պարզվել է, որ այն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 7597.45 գրամ հաստատուն կշռով «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց է։
Ա. Ավասաֆը և Լ. Հարությունյանը քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել են։ Ա. Ավասաֆը սովորում է Երևանի Պետական բժշկական համալսարանում, իսկ ապրանքը արտահանվում էր Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Լիդս քաղաք»,– հայտնում է կայքը։
