Երևան-Գառնի-Գեղարդ տանող ավտոմայրուղու Ողջաբերդ գյուղի հատվածում ավտոճանապարհը քարուքանդ վիճակում է գտնվում: Արդեն այն աստիճանի է հասել այդ քարուքանդ վիճակը, որ բացի մեքենաների համար անանցանելի վիճակին գումարվել է նաև վթարվելու հավանականությունը, քանզի անձրևների հետևանքով գոյացած ջրափոսերը թույլ չեն տալիս երթևեկել բնականոն ուղղությամբ և վարորդները ստիպված դուրս են գալիս հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի՝ շրջանցելու այդ խորը ջրափոսերը: «ՃԱՆՇԻՆ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունը, որը լիազորված է սպասարկել այդ ավտոմայրուղին, կարծես «ուղտի ականջում քնած լինի», անպայման պետք է ինչ-որ մեծամասշտաբ վթար տեղի ունենա նոր անցնեք ձեր պարտականությունների իրագործմանը: Կամ ասենք պատկերացնում եք տուրիստական ավտոբուսը, որոնց «ներհոսքը» դեպի Գառնի-Գեղարդ բազմաթիվ է, ասենք վթարի ենթարկվի՝ ճանապարհի անմխիթար վիճակի պատճառով: Պատկերացնում եք ինչ տույժ տուգանքների առաջ եք կանգնելու այդ դեպքում, ավելի լավ չէ խնդիրը լուծել «մանուկ» ժամանակ, քան սպասել այնքան մինչև այն կհասունանա այն աստճանի, որ միջազգային սկանդալի կվերածվի: Բացի սա հաշվի առնենք նաև այն, որ տվյալ ավտոմայրուղուց օգտվում են 6 գյուղի բնակիչներ, ովքեր Երևան գալու համար անցնում են այդ քարուքանդ ճանապարհով: Մարդկային կյանքի ռիսկի գործոնը արդեն բավականաչափ հասունացել է, երկրորդն էլ ավտոմեքենաները ուղակի ջարդուփշուր են լինում այդ ճանապարհին:
Դիմում, խնդրում և պահանջում եմ «ՃԱՆՇԻՆ» ընկերությանը շուտափույթ հարցին լուծում տալ, այլապես մի քանի օրից ավտոմայրուղին ուղակի անանցանելի կդառնա:
