Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամից 400 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է ստացվել
SOCIETYԶինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամից այս տարի, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ավելի քան 400 մլն դրամի փոխհատուցում է ստացել 41 ընտանիք: Առաջիկա տարիներին այդ ընտանքիներին ամսական վճարներով կփոխատուցվի ավելի քան 2 մլրդ դրամ: Այս մասին ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 26-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում կայացած տոնական համերգի ժամանակ իր ողջույնի խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
«Դա այն նվազագույնն է, որ մենք պարտավոր էինք անել: Մեր հասարակության կողմից զգայունությամբ ընկալվող երևույթներից են զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների և հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների խնդիրներին տրվող լուծումների որակը: Մենք շարունակում ենք ջանքեր գործադրել այդ ուղղությամբ:
Ընդամենը մեկ տարի է, ինչ գործում է www.1000plus.am կայքը: Մեր բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցներ, համոզվելով հիմնադրամի կենսական անհրաժեշտության և թափանցիկության հարցում, օգնության ձեռք մեկնեցին: Ուզում եմ, հիշատակել առաջին կամավոր նվիրատուներին, 90-ամյա կիպրահայ Հարություն Անմահունի, ֆրանսահայ Ռայմոնդ Եզեկուլյանը, կինոռեժիսոր, ժողովրդական արտիստ Ռուբեն Գևորգյանցի վերջին ցանկությամբ հարազատները խնդրեցին հիմնադրամին փոխանցել նրա շիրիմին բերվելիք ծաղկեպսակների գումարը: 100-ավոր քաղաքացիներ կատարում են մեծ ու փոքր, բայց իրենց և մեր ամբողջ հասարակության համար չափազանց նշանակալի նվիրաբերություններ»,-ասաց նախարաը:
Վիգեն Սարգսյանի խոսքով, իհարկե հիմնադրամից կատարած հատուցումները ընտանիքներին չեն վերադարձնի իրենց կորցրած հարազատներին, չեն վերադարձնի զինհաշմանդամի առողջությունը: Եվ այս իմաստով, ըստ նրա, փոխհատուցում բառը, միգուցե, տեղին չէ:
«Փոխգնդապետ Գեղամ Մանուկյանի զավակները Վիտալին և Արմինեն, նրա այրին՝ տիկին Ինգան, կզգան, որ պետությունն, ամբողջ ժողովուրդը, յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կանգնած են իրենց կողքին: Փոխգնդապետը, ով դեռևս 2015 թվականին ստացել էր ծանր վիրավորում և կարող էր զորացրվել, սակայն շարունակեց իր ծառայությունը: Հոգու խորքում միշտ գիտեր, որ եթե որևէ բան պատահի, ապա իր մարտական ընկերներն, իր հարզատները, նաև բոլորովին անծանոթ մարդիկ անտարբեր չեն մնա իր ընտանիքի հոգսերի հանդեպ: Կարևոր է, որ դա անում ենք համակարգված ձևով: Տիկին Ինգա, մեր հասարակությունը խոնարհվում է ձեր ամուսնու հիշատակի առջև»,-ավելացրեց նախարարը:
Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ պետք է նաև իրական քայլեր կատարել զոհվածների և հաշմանդամների ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ:
«9 ամսվա ընթացքում մենք կատարեցինք Հայաստանի նախագահի հանձնարարականը և ամբողջությամբ լուծեցինք հերթագրված առաջին կարգի զինհաշմանդամերի անօթևան և բնակարանային բարելավման կարիք ունեցողների, ինչպես նաև զոհված զինծառայողների անօթևան ընտանիքների բնակավորման հարցը: Այս տարի շարունակելու ենք ծրագիրը 2-րդ կարգի զինհաշմանդամների համար»,-հավելեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
