Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Խանջյան փողոցում՝ Հայաստանի Պետական Մանկավարժական Համալսարանի դիմաց՝ թունելում, ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել և վարորդին մեքենայից դուրս բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հրշեջ-փրկարարների օգնությունը: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են թիվ 8 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը, ինչպես նաև թիվ 18 փրկարարական ջոկատը: Պարզվել է, որ Mercedes մակնիշի 34 PQ 102 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, 33-ամյա Գոռ Շահբազյանը նշված ավտոմեքենայով բախվել է թունելի մեջ գտնվող բաժանարար պատին, այնուհետև մոտ 50 կողաշրջվելով՝ հայտնվել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտում: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի ծառայողներն ու շտապ օգնության 1-03 բրիգադը: Փրկարարները մեծ դժվարությամբ, օգտագործելով հատուկ տեխնիկա, կարողացան ավտոմեքենան մասնատելով՝վարորդին դուրս բերել մեքենայից, ով տեղափոխվեց թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց, որից հետո հրշեջ-փրկարարները հոսանքազրկեցին ավտոմեքենան և փակեցին գազի բալոնի փականը: Վթարի մասին Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից դեպքի վայր է ժամանել հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Արթուր Գասոյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվեց Երևանի ՃՈ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ ավտոմեքենան շահագործվում էր որպես տաքսի: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
