Մանկապարտեզի հարցն օրակարգում է, բայց գումար չունեն

Նորավանցիները «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում բողոքեցին, որ քաղաքում գյուղի երեխաներին շատ մեծ դժվարությամբ են մանկապարտեզ ընդունում: Շատ փոքրիկներ էլ մանկապարտեզից զրկված են, քանի որ ծնողներն անգամ տրանսպորտի գումար չունեն նրանց հարակից բնակավայրեր հասցնելու համար։
Համայնքի ղեկավար Արթուր Միքայելյանը, կիսելով համագյուղացիների մտահոգությունը, ասաց, որ մանկապարտեզի կառուցման հարցը ներառված է իր քառամյա ծրագրում։ Հարցն օրակարգային է, բայց գումար չունեն։
Միքայելյանի խոսքով՝ նոր՝ 50 երեխայի համար նախատեսված մանկապարտեզ կառուցելը հսկայական գումար է պահանջում։ Համայնքն այդքան բյուջե չունի։ Դիմել է տարբեր կառույցներին, պատասխանի է սպասում, իսկ եթե նորավանցիներին օգնության ձեռք մեկնող չլինի, պաստրաստ են իրենք կառուցել, անգամ եթե ծրագիրն իրագործելու համար տարիներ պահանջվեն:
«Մեր ուժերով կկառուցենք, թեկուզ 6 տարում, բայց մենք մեզանով կանենք: Բյուջեն 25 միլիոն է կազմում»,– ասաց նա։
Նորավանը 1991 թվականից է առանձնացվել Լուկաշին համայնքից և, որպես առանձին միավոր, մտցվել գյուղական համայնքների ցանկ: Այստեղ կարևորում են նաև մշակույթի տուն կառուցելու հարցը: Համայնքի մշակութային կյանքը անմիջապես կապված է դպրոցի հետ: Ծրագրերն այնտեղ են իրականացնում: Դպրոցն այստեղ նույնպես վերանորոգման կարիք ունի:
«Համայնքային բյուջեով սոցիալական կամ համայնքային նշանակության ոչ մի խնդիր հնարավոր չէ լուծել: Աշխատատեղերի բացակայությունն է առաջնահերթ խնդիրը: Ճիշտ է, մարդիկ զբաղվում են հողագործությամբ, անասնապահությամբ, բայց դա գոյատևման միջոց է: Ոռոգման ջրի խնդիրն էլ շարունակում է օրակարգային մնալ: Այն մեզ համար մեծ նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ մարդիկ միայն հողագործությամբ են զբաղվում»,– ներկայացրեց նա:
Թեև մանկապարտեզի կառուցման հարցում գումար չունեն, բայց բյուջեն բավականացրել է գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհների փոսալցման, լուսավորության, ինչպես նաև ոռոգման ջրի խողովակաշարի փոփոխության համար:
Նորավանը մարզկենտրոնից գտնվում է 2 կմ հեռավորության վրա:
Այստեղ գյուղատնտեսական հողահանդակներում մեծ բաժին ունեն վարելահողերը (168 հա), կան պտղատու և խաղողի այգիներ (28 հա)։ Պետական հողերը գլխավորապես օգտագործվում են որպես վարելահողեր՝ կազմելով 41 հա։
Զբաղվում են այգեգործությամբ, պտղաբուծությամբ, դաշտավարությամբ, բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաների մշակությամբ, անասնապահությամբ։ Ի դեպ, այստեղ նույնպես արտագաղթն իր հետքը թողել է: Ըստ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների՝ 2005 թ. համայնքն ունեցել է 1400 առկա բնակիչ, որից տղամարդիկ կազմում են 48%, կանայք՝ 52%:
