Այսօր Տավուշի մարզպետարանում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել են մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը և ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալ Վարազդատ Կարապետյանը: Մասնակցել են մարզպետարանի ստորաբաժանումների, համայնքների, բանկային ու վարկային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ, համայնքների տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրերի պատասխանատուները: Քննարկվել են ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հավանության արժանացած համայնքային տնտեսության աճի վրա էական ազդեցություն ունեցող ներդրումային և գործարար ծրագրերի գնահատման ընթացակարգը, ինչպես նաև համայնքների կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2018 թվականի պետական բյուջեով արդեն իսկ նախատեսված սուբվենցիաներից բացի այլ սուբվենցիաներ ստանալու առանձնահատկությունները: Նախարարի տեղակալը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է, թե համայնքային որ ծրագրերի իրականացման դեպքում ինչ պայմանների առկայություն է անհրաժեշտ և ինչ մասնաբաժնով ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից կտրամադրվի սուբվենցիան: Տավուշի մարզը քանի որ գտնվում է մայրաքաղաքից 100 կմ-ից ավելի հեռավորության վրա և սահմանամերձ է, ապա բավականին բարձր գործակիցներ ունի: Տնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացման ժամանակ պետությունը կտրամադրի գումարի 60 տոկոսը, իսկ սոցիալական ծրագրերի դեպքում՝ 40 տոկոսը: Նշվել է, որ ծրագրային համապատասխան հայտերը համայնքները պետք է ներկայացնեն մինչև մարտի 31-ը: Խորհրդակցությունում քննարկվել են նաև համայնքների 2018թ․ բյուջեների պլանավորման և համայնքային զարգացման ծրագրերի տարեկան աշխատանքային պլանների կազմման մասին հարցերը:]
