Ականավոր գիտնականն առաջարկում է Գյումրիում կազմակերպել բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների համալսարան

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս, «Շիրակ հայրենակցական միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության պատվավոր նախագահ Սերգեյ Համբարձումյանն առաջարկում է Գյումրիում կազմակերպել բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների համալսարան:Արմոնպրես-ի հաղորդմամբ` առաջարկը հնչեցվել է օրերս Գյումրու դրամատիկական թատրոնի դահլիճում տեղի ունեցած «Շիրակ հայրենակցական միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությ ան 5-րդ համագումարի ընթացքում, որին մասնակցում էին տեղական իշխանությունները, պետական բարձրաստիճան այրեր, Շիրակի մարզի մտավորականներ, ինչպես նաև արմատներով շիրակցի անվանի ակադեմիկոսներ, գիտնականներ, զինվորականներ, մշակույթի և հասարակական գործիչներ և այլք:
Սերգեյ Համբարձումյանի ուղերձը համագումարին հնչեցրել է «Շիրակ հայրենակցական միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀՀ ՊՆ Դրաստամատ Կանայանի անվան Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի պետ, գեներալ-մայոր, պրոֆեսոր Հայկ Քոթանջյանը: Ուղերձը, որում մեծանուն գիտնականը հատուկ առաջարկով դիմում է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ.
«Հարգելի շիրակցիներ, Գյումրվա իմ սիրելի համաքաղաքացիներ,
Ողջունում եմ «Շիրակ հայրենակցական միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության 5-րդ համագումարի մասնակիցներին ու բոլոր իմ հայրենակիցներին:
Ներողամիտ եղեք իմ բացակայության համար… Ես իմ ողջ էությամբ, մանկական ու պատանեկան հուշերով, երիտասարդական ավյունով, իմ գիտակցական կյանքում հավաքած բեռով ու հասունացած խոհերով ձեզ հետ եմ: Ձեր կողքին եմ ու կիսում եմ ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի` 88-ի աղետից կրած անասելի ցավը, արդեն քառորդ դար տևող դժվարությունները:
Անցած տարիների ընթացքում իմ ընկերներն ու համախոհները ձեզ հետ միասին զգացել ու կրել են այդ ամենը…
Հայրենակցական այդ զգացողությունները մղեցին մեզ, որ 2000 թվականի նոյեմբերին միաբանվենք ձեզ զորակցելու և օգնելու գաղափարի շուրջ և կազմակերպենք Շիրակ հայրենակցական միությունը:
15 տարի հետո, վերջապես, ճիշտ եք արել, որ հավաքվել եք Գյումրի քաղաքում` հանրագումարի բերելու արածը և, որ ամենակարևորն է, միասնաբար որոշելու գալիք անելիքը: Գյումրին եղել է մեր ժողովրդի փայլուն ավանդների պահպանման, գիտակրթական, արհեստի ու արվեստի, սպորտի դոնորն ու կենսատու ավիշը:
Այդպիսին նորից կուզեինք դառնար մեր քաղաքը, քանզի այդ ամենի արմատներն այնքան խորն են ու առողջ, որ չեն կարող չծլարձակել ու նոր պտուղներ տալ:
Այսօր էլ Շիրակի զավակները իրենց նոր նվաճումներով փառաբանում են մեր հայրենիքը ու Գյումրի քաղաքը:
Դուք մեր ժողովրդի հպարտ ու տոկուն մասնիկն եք: Պատվիրում եմ պահել ու պահպանել դարերով ժառանգված այդ մասունքները` մեր լեզուն` իր անուշ Գյումրվա բարբառով, անկեղծ հումորը, մեր քաղաքին հատուկ կոլորիտը:
Ձեր անունից կրկին դիմում եմ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին առավել ուշադիր գտնվել Շիրակ աշխարհի ու Գյումրի քաղաքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական առողջացման ծրագրերի իրականացման մեջ: Այս համատեքստում հորդորում եմ Հանրապետության մեծարգո Նախագահին իրագործել ժամանակին իմ բարձրացրած ու իշխանությունների կողմից հավանության արժանացած առաջարկը. Գյումրիում կազմակերպել բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների համալսարան:
