ՊՆ–ն համակարգում է իր լրատվական աշխատանքը
POLITICSԿստեղծվի ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության «Զինուժ» մեդիա» պետական հիմնարկ՝ միաձուլման ձևով վերակազմակերպելով «Զինուժ» ստուդիա», «Հայ զինվոր» պաշտոնաթերթ» և «Սպայի տուն» պետական հիմնարկները: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը ներառվել է կառավարության՝ հինգշաբթի կայանալիք նիստի օրակարգում:
Հիմնարկի գործունեության խնդիրները, նպատակներն ու գործառույթներն են լինելու հեռուստածրագրերի, ռադիոհաղորդաշարերի և տպագիր մամուլի միջոցով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և զինված ուժերի գործունեության լուսաբանումը, զինվորական ծառայության քարոզչությունը, հոգևոր, մշակութային, հայրենասիրական գաղափարների տարածումը, տեղեկատվական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված սպառնալիքներին հակազդումը և այլն:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո երկամսյա ժամկետում պետք է հաստատի հիմնարկի կանոնադրությունը, կառուցվածքը, անձնակազմի թիվը, հանձնվող գույքի կազմը և դրա օգտագործման կարգը, միաժամանակ ապահովելով հիմնարկի պետական հաշվառումը` ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության միջոցների հաշվին:
Որոշումն ուժի մեջ կմտնի պաշտոնական հրապարակման օրվան հաջորդող տասներորդ օրը, այսինքն՝ փետրվարի 10–ին:
Որոշման նախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է ՊՆ լրատվական դաշտում առկա խնդիրների լուծմամբ և մասնագիտական գործունեության էական բարեփոխմամբ:
«Զինուժ մեդիա» պետական հիմնարկի գործունեությունն ուղղված է լինելու բանակ–հասարակություն կապի զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը, երիտասարդ սերնդի հայրենասիրական դաստիարակությանը, ազգային ինքնագիտակցության բարձրացմանը, տեղեկատվական ոլորտում պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանումների հետ փոխգործակցությանը, հավանական հակառակորդի տեղեկատվական ազդեցության գնահատմանը, համացանցում տեղեկատվական ներգործության դիմակայմանը և հասարակության մեջ զինված ուժերի վերաբերյալ դրական կարծիքի ձևավորմանը:
«Միասնական լրագրողական թիմի ստեղծումը կենտրոնացված խմբագրման համակարգով կհեշտացնի ամբողջ կառույցի աշխատանքը բովանդակային ու օպերատիվության առումով` դրական ազդելով տեղեկատվական արտադրանքի որակի վրա»,– ասված է նախագծում:
