Եղեգնաձորում 91-ամյա կնոջ սպանելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 16-ամյա երիտասարդ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են 91-ամյա Վարդուշ Սիմոնյանի սպանությունը, շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է:
Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Վ. Սիմոնյանի դիակը հայտնաբերվել է 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 21-ին իր տանը՝ բռնության հետքերով: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ: Դատաբժշկի եզրակացության համաձայն՝ Վ.Սիմոնյանի մահվան պատճառը բաց, բութ գանգուղեղային վնասվածքի պատճառով առաջացած գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևորագույն ֆունկցիաների սուր խանգարումն է եղել։ Միաժամանակ, դատաբժիշկն արձանագրել է, որ կնոջ դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել են նաև կրծքավանդակի, ողնաշարի, վերջույթների փակ, բութ վնասվածքներ: Կատարված քննչական բազմաթիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ կինն սպանվել է հոկտեմբերի 20-ին՝ շահադիտական դրդումներով: Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Վ.Սիմոնյանը կենդանության օրոք կրել է ոսկե ականջօղեր, որոնք նրա սպանությունից հետո վաճառվել են ոսկու առուվաճառքով զբաղվող անձի: Ձեռնարկված գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ականջօղերը ձեռք բերած և դրանք վաճառած անձանց ինքնությունը. վերջինս 16-ամյա մի երիտասարդ է: Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 16-ամյա երիտասարդը հոկտեմբերի 20-ին գնացել է տարեց կնոջ տուն և առաջարկել որոշակի գումարի դիմաց նրա հողամասում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնել, ինչից կինը հրաժարվել է՝ ասելով, որ դրա կարիքը չունի: Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ նկատելով կնոջ ոսկե ականջօղերը՝ երիտասարդը քաշել է կնոջ մեջքից և գցել գետնին, որից հետո վերցրել է ոսկե ականջօղերը ու դիմել փախուստի: 16-ամյա երիտասարդը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել, նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է քննչական փորձարարություն, որի ժամանակ նա նկարագրել է դեպքի հանգամանքները: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
