ՀՀ-ն ընդլայնում է Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ համագործակցությունն աղետների ռիսկերի կառավարման բնագավառում

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկարամ Մխիթարյանն ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման մասնագետ Կո Տակեուչիին եւ քննարկել աղետների ռիսկերի կառավարման բնագավառում հետագա համագործակցության ուղղությունները և ներկայացնել նախորդ հանդիպումից հետո կատարված աշխատանքները: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Կո Տակեուչին տեղեկացրել է, որ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրին մասնակցելու հայեցակարգային փաստաթուղթն արդեն ներկայացվել է պատասխանատուներին: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ մոտակա ամիսներին այն կհաստատվի: Ծրագիրը կուղղվի Հայաստանում աղետների կառավարման համակարգի հզորացմանը, աղետներին պատրաստվածության բարձրացմանը, աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման ֆինանսավորման ռազմավարության մշակմանը:
Կո Տակեուչին նաեւ նշել է, որ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի շրջանակում առաջարկվում է նաև նոր բաղադրիչ՝ աջակցություն ՀՀ կառավարությանն աղետների ռիսկերի կառավարման տեղեկատվական պլատֆորմի մշակման և ընդհանուր տեղեկատվական բազայի ստեղծման հարցերին, ինչը կնպաստի քաղաքային պլանավորմանը, աղետների ռիսկերի արդյունավետ կառավարմանը և աղետների դեպքում արագ արձագանքմանը:
ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ փոխնախարարն էլ շեշտել է, որ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրում ընդգրկված ուղղություններն առաջնային են գերատեսչության համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Մխիթարյանն ընդգծել է, որ կան այլ ուղղություններ, որոնցով ևս կարելի է ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը:
