Քաղցկեղով հիվանդացության ցուցանիշները նվազել են

Քաղցկեղի համար հետազոտվելու դիմելիության ցուցանիշի աճին զուգահեռ Հայաստանում սկսել է նվազել ախտորոշման ցուցանիշը: Այս մասին, այսօր, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Հայ-ամերիկյան առողջության կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Խաչանուշ Հակոբյանը։
«Այս տարի մեր ունեցած ցուցանիշներով քաղցկեղով հիվանդացության մակարդակը բավականին նվազել է։ Կարծում եմ, մարդիկ ավելի գրագետ են դարձել և ուշադիր են իրենց առողջության նկատմամբ։ Կանայք ամեն տարի անցում են մամոգրաֆիկ հետազոտություն, ինչի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է լինում վաղ ժամանակում հայտնաբերել քաղցկեղածին բջիջները և փոքր վիրահատական միջամտությամբ իսպառ վերացնել դրանք։ Այսպիսով, շուտ հայտնաբերելը հանգեցնում է հիվանդացության մակարդակի նվազման»,- ընդգծեց Հակոբյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ամբողջ աշխարհում պայքարը տարվում է քաղցկեղով հիվանդներին փրկելու, կյանքը երկարացնելու, կյանքի որակը լավացնելու համար։
«Քաղցկեղի սկզբնական փուլում անձն ուղղակի տեղյակ չի լինում դրա մասին, որովհետև հանգիստ է զգում իրեն, ոչ մի ախտանիշ, գանգատ չի ունենում։ Հենց սա պատճառ է հանդիսանում, որ հիվանդությունը կարողանում է քայքայել օրգանիզմը, ինչից հետո ի հայտ գալ»,- նշեց ՀԱԱԿ գործադիր տնօրենը։
Անդրադառնալով հիվանդության տարածվածությանը՝ նա ասաց, որ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալները փաստում են, որ քաղցկեղն աշխարհում մահացության թվով երկրորդ տեղում է։ Առաջին տեղում սրտանոթային հիվանդություններն են։ 2015 թվականի տվյալներով՝ 8 մլն 800 հազար մարդ է մահացել քաղցկեղից։ Երկիրը որքան զարգացած է և առաջադեմ, այնքան մահացության տոկոսը ցածր է։
«Աշխարհում ամեն տարի կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի 1 մլն 250 հազար նոր դեպք է գրանցվում։ Այս հիվանդությունից աշխարհում տառապում է 1 մլն 500 հազար կին և ամեն տարի նրանցից մոտ 570 հազարը մահանում են։ 2017 թվականին մեր կենտրոնում հետազոտվել է 45 հազար 810 այցելու, նրանց համար կատարվել է 55 հազար 920 հետազոտություն, իսկ կոնկրետ կրծքագեղձի հետազոտություն անցել է 22 հազար 823 հոգի։ 20 հազար 231 կին անցել է մամոգրաֆիայի սքրինինգ և նրանցից 800-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղ։ Տղամարդկանց շրջանում կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղ ախտորոշվել է 122-ից 5-ի մոտ»,- շեշտեց Հակոբյանը։
Խաչանուշ Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ, դեռ 10 տարի առաջ Հայաստանում ամեն 15-րդ կինը հիվանդ էր կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղով, իսկ այսօր՝ ամեն 26-րդը։ Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ գնալով դեպքերն ավելի կպակասեն։
