Կենտրոնի վարչական շրջանը սեփական սխալմունքը փորձում է թաքցնել դատարան դիմելով

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
«Հայկական Ժամանակ» թերթը մի նյութ է հրապարակել, ըստ որի «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնը իբր չի կատարել իր պարտավորությունները՝ չի վճարել աղբահանության համար, ինչի համար Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արա Սադոյանը դիմել է դատարան։ Առաջին հայացքից տպավորություն է, որ եթե իրոք կան չվճարված պարտավորություններ, ապա գործին պետք է խառնվի դատարանը։ Սակայն հայկական լրատվական դաշտի «լավագույն ավանդույթների» համաձայն՝ կրկին վերնագրի միջոցով թերթը շփոթության է մատնում ընթերցողին և մատուցում ոչ լիարժեք տեղեկատվություն։
Բանը նրանում է, որ խնդիրը վերաբերվում է սպորտային համալիրին, որից Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը իրականացնում է աղբահանության գանձումներ, սակայն այս դեպքում կատարվել է ակնհայտ ապօրինություն։ Սպորտային նշանակություն ունեցեղ տարածքը՝ որը 10.000 քառ.մ-ից ավելի է, հաշվարկել է հանրային սննդի տարածքի գործակցով։Մինչդեռ սպորտային համալիրում հանրային սննդի տարածքը կազմում է ընդամենը 107 քառ.մ: Այսքանից հետո նման վերնագրով հոդվածների շահարկումները առնվազն ծիծաղելի են և ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում են, որ ԶԼՄ-ները հաճախ գործին հանգամանալից չտիրապետելու արդյունքում մատուցում են ոչ լիարժեք և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկատվություն:
Ստացվում է այսպիսի իրավիճակ.Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը, շատ լավ տեղեկացված լինելով, որ տարածքն ամբողջությամբ սպորտային կենտրոն է, որոշել է այն համարել հանրային սննդի վայր և ըստ այդմ գանձել չհիմնավորված բարձր աղբահանության վճար։Այսքանից հետո մնում է փաստել,որ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը անհիմն է դիելով դատարանի միջնորդությանը։ Հարցը բնականբար կկարգավորվի հօգուտ «Մուլտի Գրուպ» Կոնցեռի, սակայն մինչ այդ մամուլը անհարկի միջամտում է այս հարցին՝ ամեն ինչ ներկայացնելով սխալ լույսի ներքո և հենց վերնագրում խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը։
