Կարեն Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր թերթերից մեկը տեղեկություն էր հրապարակել այն մասին, որ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի դեմ՝ աղբահանության վճարները իբրև թե չվճարելու պատճառաբանությամբ: Թյուրիմացությունը թերևս սկսվել է լրագրողից, ով հավուր պատշաճի ուսումնասիրություն չանցկացնելու և խնդրի բուն էությունը չպարզելու պարագայում նման ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածել:
Սակայն այս ամենի մեղավորությունը կրում է հենց Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը, ով իր անօրինական պահանջների պատճառով ստեղծել է այս խառնաշփոթը:
Բանն այն է, որ թաղապետարանում անգամ չեն էլ տարբերում, սպորտային համալիրը հանրային սննդի կետից, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ սխալ հաշվարկներ են կատարվել: Նշենք,որ սպորտային համալիրը, որի ընդհանուր մակերեսը կազմում է10779,45 քմ, իր մեջ ներառում է ընդամենը 107 ք. մ մակերեսով հանրային սննդի կետ: Ահա այս մակերեսի համար պետք է հաշվարկվեր աղբահանության արժեքը, ոչ թե ամբողջ կոմպլեքսի:
Նմանատիպ անհետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում է, որ հանրությանը սուտ տեղեկատվություն է ներկայացվում: 
Այսքանից հետո վստահ ենք, որ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը ստիպված կլինի վերահաշվարկ կատարել և իր շարքերից այսուհետ կբացառի անգրագետ աշխատաիցներին, որոնց պատճառով էլ առաջացել է այս թյուրըմբռնումը:
