Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի աշխատակիցների անգրագետ գործելոճը

Սերինե Միրզաբեկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Քիչ չի պատահում, երբ հայաստանյան պարբերականները որևէ դեպքի, մասին ինչ-որ մի նյութ գրելիս ոչ իրենց նեղություն են տալիս հետաքննել հանգամանքները և ոչ էլ հետաքրքրվում են, թե խնդրի բուն էությունը ինչումն է։ Ահավասիկ «Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը այսօր մի նյութ է հրապարակել, որտեղ ասում է, որ «Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արա Սադոյանը «Մուլտի գրուպ»-ի դեմ դատական հայց է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի դատարան՝ որպես պատճառ նշելով, որ այս ընկերությունը չի վճարել աղբահանության վարձը։
Հետաքրքրական, օրինազանց ու աղմկահարույց թվացող նյութի իրական հանգամանքենրը ճշտելիս պարզվում է, որ ներկայացվածի ու իրականության մեջ սարերի ու ձորերի տարբերություն կա, և այս նյութը ամբողջովին խեղված փաստերով է ներկայացված։
Իսկ այս ամենի պատճառը պետք է փնտրել Կենտորն վարչական շրջանի աշխատակիցների անգրագետ աշխատելաոճի մեջ, ինչի պատչառով էլ խնդիրը հասել է դատարան: Պարզվում է տարածքը ամբողջությամբ սպորտային համալիր է, որի ներսում գործում է ընդամենը 107քառ.մ. տարածքով սննդի կետ: Սպորտային համալիրը և հանրային սննդի կետի աղբահանության վչճարները գանձվում են բոլորովին այլ գործակիցներով:Սակայն Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը անհիմն կերպով որոշել է սպորտային համալիրի ողջ տարածքի համար կիրառել հանրային սննդի աղբահանության վճար, այսպսիով գանձման համար ներկայացնելով չհիմնավորված բարձր վճար:
Հարց է ծագում, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է մի ողջ սպորտային համալիր հարկվի որպես ռեստորան կամ հանրային սսնդի կետ կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի աշխատակիցների անգրագետ աշխատանքի պատճառով:Ավելին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը այս հարցով դիմել է դատարան, որպեսզի «Մուլտի Գրուպ»-ից գանձնվի չհիմնավորված աղբահանության վճար:
Բնականաբար այս դատական հայցը մերժվելու է, քանի որ այս ամենի հիմքում որևէ հիմնավոր և իրավական փաստարկ չկա: Մնում է հասկանալ, թե ինչու որոշ լրագրողներ այս տեսնակյունից չեն մոտենում հարցին և իրականությունը ներկայացնելու և պարզաբանելու փոխարեն գերադասում են իրենց բաժինն ավելացնել վերոնշյալ անգրագետ գործունեությանը:
