Վարորդներն ապահովագրական ընկերությունից մեծ գումար են շորթել
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանությունը բացահայտել է բեմադրված ավտովթարի դեպք: Պարզվել է, որ Վանաձորի բնակիչներ Միքայել Միտիչյանը և Վահե Շահվերդյանը ավտովթարի վերաբերյալ դիմել էին ապահովագրական ընկերություն, ստացել փոխհատուցում, բայց իրականում ոչ մի նման վթար էլ չի եղել:
Գործով արձանագրվել էր, որ Շահվերդյանը իր վարած «Վազ 2121» մեքենայով բախվել է Միտիչյանի վարած «Տոյոտա Քեմբրի» մեքենային, որը, դուրս գալով ճանապարհի երթևեկելու գոտուց, բախվել է սյանը:
Դեպքից շուրջ հինգ ամիս անց ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված ավտոմեքենաների մասնակցությամբ ավտովթար չի եղել, և իբր վթարը նախնական համաձայնությամբ բեմադրվել է: Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները տեղեկություններ ունեին, որ Միտիչյանի վարած մեքենան վթարի է ենթարկվել ներկայացվածից երեք օր առաջ և իսկապես բախվել էր սյանը, բայց առանց «Վազ 2121»-ի միջամտության:
Քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Միտիչյանը և Շահվերդյանը նախնական համաձայնությամբ բեմադրել են ավտովթար և ապահովագրական ընկերությունից խաբեությամբ հափշտակել 1 միլիոն 714 հազար դրամ:
Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ խարդախության հատկանիշով, կատարվում է քննություն:
