Վարչական պատասխանատվության խիստ միջոցներ՝ բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի դեմ պայքարում

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը մայրաքաղաքում բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարության և առաջիկա անելիքների վերաբերյալ ընդլայնված աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել առևտրի ոլորտի պատասխանատուների և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների տեղակալների հետ: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վալերի Օսիպյանը, ՊՊԾ գնդի հրամանատար Արթուր Խուդինյանը, Երևան քաղաքի վարչության բաժինների պետերի ծառայության գծով տեղակալները: 

Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը նշել է, որ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի դեմ միջոցառումների արդյունքները ակնառու են, բայց դեռ գոհացուցիչ չեն և այս ուղղությամբ դեռ զգալի անելիք կա:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչության պետ Արման Եդոյանը ներկայացրել է ոլորտում աշխատանքի արդյունավետության բարձրացման իր դիտարկումները: Անդրադառնալով խնդրին` ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վալերի Օսիպյանը նշել է, որ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները ևս պատրաստ են քաղաքային իշխանությունների և ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ ավելի վճռական պայքար ծավալել բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ: Այս համատեքստում նշվել է, որ փետրվարի 3-ից օրվա տարբեր ժամերին ոստիկաններն ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները Երևանի փողոցներում, մարդաշատ վայրերում ու բակերում համատեղ կարգախմբերով ամենօրյա շրջայցեր են իրականացնում: Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանն էլ, մեկ անգամ ևս կարևորելով բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ հետևողական քայլերի իրականացումը, հատկանշել է «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին օրենք»-ի դրույթները ողջ խստությամբ կիրառելու անհրաժեշտությունը: 
«Մենք բազմիցս ենք նշել, որ վարչական պատասխանատվության մեխանիզմների կիրառումը համայնքային բյուջեն համալրելու կամ առևտրով զբաղվող քաղաքացիներին հնարավոր շահույթից զրկելու նպատակ չի հետապնդում: Խնդիրը բացառապես օրինական դաշտում գործունեություն ծավալելու մասին է, ինչին պետք է հասնենք մեր համատեղ ու հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում», - նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը:
