«Թանկացումների վերաբերյալ լսումները՝ ձեռառնելիք». «Ելք» դաշինքը ստորագրահավաք կանի

Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը: Հանրահավաքը բացեց պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը: Անդրադառնալով թանկացումների դեմ խորհրդարանական լսումներին՝ նա նշեց «Լսումները իբր մեղմելու մասին էին, բայց դարձան ձեռառնելիք, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի մի միջոցառում»:
Պատգամավորը հայտնեց, որ «Ելք» դաշինքը հարկային փոփոխությունների նախագիծ է պատրաստել, որով ցանկանում են ակցիզային հարկը բերել մինչև հունվարի 1-ն եղած դրույքաչափերին: Ըստ նրա՝ վաղն ԱԺ-ում կկազմակերպվի ստորագրահավաք, որի արդյունքում պետք է հրավիրվի մեկ արտահերթ նիստ՝ հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու օրակարգով:
Մարուքյանի բնորոշմամբ՝ իշխանությունները ոչ ադեկվատ են և քաղաքացու կյանքից կտրված։ Նա խոսել է թանկացումների դեմ խորհրդարանական լսումների մասին, նշել, որ լսումներ կազմակերպվում է մի բանի համար, երբ ինչ-որ բան պարզ չէ, որ փորձագետները գան և լուծումներ առաջարկեն: Այդ իշխանություններին պետք է քաղաքացին ցույց տա իրենց տեղը։ Մինչև հունվարի 1-ն ունեցել ենք միջազգային գների թանկացումներ, եւ դա կապ չունի Հայաստանի թանկացումների հետ: Առանց քաղաքացիների մոբիլիզացիայի որևէ բան հնարավոր չէ անել։ Այս գործողությունները միտված են այդ ճնշումը բանեցնելու»,- ասաց Մարուքյանը:
Հաջորդիվ ելույթ ունեցավ պատգամավոր Արտակ Զեյլնալյանը, որը համացանցով հանրահավաքը հետևողներին կոչ արեց փողոց դուրս գալ: «Մեր խնդիրն է, որ որոշումներ կայացնողը՝ օրենսդիր մարմինը, տեսնի, թե որքան մարդ է ցանկանում, որ վերադառնա մինչև հունվարի 1-ը եղած վիճակը: Միայն ընտրությունից ընտրություն չէ, որ մենք մասնակցում ենք պետական կառավարմանը, մենք մշտապես իրավունք ունենք ազդելու որոշումների կայացման վրա, եթե մենք ընտրել ենք Ազգային ժողով, պատգամավորի օգտին քվեարկել ենք, միայն 5 տարի հետո չէ, որ հաշվետու է լինելու մեզ, այլ միշտ՝ որոշում կայացնելիս»,- ընդգծեց նա:
