ԱԺ-ն մերժեց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու նախագիծը
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովը քվեարկությամբ մերժեց 2017 թ. հոկտեմբերի 5-ին պատգամավորներ Արտաշես Գեղամյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջև միջադեպը քննելու համար էթիկայի ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին «Ելք» խմբակցության ներկայացրած նախագիծը:
«ՀՀ 6-րդ գումարման ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտաշես Գեղամյանի կողմից 2017 թ. հոկտեմբերի 5-ին պատգամավորական էթիկայի կանոնները խախտելու վերաբերյալ Ազգային ժողով եզրակացություն ներկայացնելու համար ԱԺ էթիկայի ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը լիագումար նիստերի օրակարգ ընդգրկելու հարցին կողմ քվեարկեց 7, դեմ՝ 52, ձեռնպահ՝ 6 պատգամավոր:
Հարակից զեկուցող՝ Պետաիրավական և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Ռուստամ Մախմուդյանը նշեց, որ հանձնաժողովը բացասական եզրակացություն է տվել նախագծին, քանի որ դրա վերնագրում խնդիր են տեսել:
«Ի սկզբանե մենք դեմ չենք եղել էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելուն, սակայն խնդիր կար վերնագրում, քանի որ նշվում է կոնկրետ անձանց անուններ՝ խախտելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը: Մենք առաջարկել ենք փոխել վերնագիրը, սակայն նախագծի հեղինակները չեն ընդունել մեր առաջարկները, ուստի այն հանձնաժողովում ստացել է բացասական եզրակացություն»,- մանրամասնեց Մախմուդյանը:
