«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Եթե քամի է լինում, Արմավիրի մարզի Արտիմետ համայնքի բնակիչների մի մասը լույս չի ունենում: «Փաստ»–ին ահազանգեցին գյուղացիները:

«Ամեն անգամ, երբ քամի, անձրև կամ ձյուն է լինում, այս գյուղի բնակիչների զգալի մասը խավարի մեջ է հայտնվում»,– բողոքեցին նրանք:

Արտիմետցիների պատմելով՝ հոսանքազրկումները երկարատև են լինում: Համայնքի հոսանքի ենթակայաններից մեկը, որը սպասարկում է գյուղի 100 տներից ավելին, տեխնիկական խնդիրներ ունի։

«Դա ինչ–որ թերություն ունի։ Այս տարի փոփոխություններ արեցին, բայց ամեն դեպքում այդ ենթակայանը չփոխվեց»,– ասացին նրանք։

Գյուղացիները բողոքում են, որ ոչ մի էլեկտրական տեխնիկայից չեն կարողանում օգտվել՝ հոսանքի տատանումներից այն շարքից դուրս է գալիս։ Արտիմետցիները խնդիրներով աշխատող ենթակայանի պատճառով ծանր դրության մեջ են։

«Մարդիկ օդորակիչներ չեն կարողանում օգտագործել։ Ժամանակ է լինում, երբ նույնիսկ «Բաքսին» չի աշխատում, ցրտերին մարդիկ տանը սառչում են»,– սրտնեղեցին արտիմետցիները։

Առավել ծանր է ջերմոցատերերի վիճակը։ 1800 բնակչություն ունեցող համայնքի միակ զբաղմունքը հողագործությունն է: Նրանց մեծ մասը ջերմոցները հոսանքով է ջեռուցում։ Հաճախակի հոսանքազրկումների պատճառով ջերմոցում եղած բույսերը ցրտահարվում են՝ գյուղացիներին հազարավոր դրամների կորուստ պատճառելով։ Հենասյուներն էլ փտած վիճակում են, ամեն րոպե կարող են ընկնել։

Նախորդ տարվա վերջին հոսանքի տատանումներից էլեկտրատեխնիկա կորցրած արտիմետցիները համայնքապետարան են դիմել: Գյուղացիները բողոքը գրի են առել, բայց փոխհատուցում չեն ստացել:

«Նման դեպքերում ՀԷՑ–ը վնասի փոխհատուցում չի կատարում»,– պարզաբանեց համայնքի ղեկավար Վարդան Միրզախանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ փոխարենը ՀԷՑ–ը առաջացած խնդիրների մի մասը լուծել է: Միրզախանյանը փաստեց, որ խնդիրները 30 տոկոսով լուծվել են:

«Ահագին լուրջ բան արել են՝ հենասյուներ ու լարեր են փոխվել»,– փոխանցեց նա:

Սրանով խնդիրները, սակայն, չեն ավարտվում: Անելիքներ կան:

«Դեռ հենասյուներ ու լարեր կան, որոնք պետք է փոխվեն: Հենասյուները շատ վատ վիճակում են: Դիմել ենք, եկել են նայել ու մենք պատասխանի ենք սպասում, տեսնենք, թե ինչ կլինի»,– ասաց Միրզախանյանը: Արտիմետցիները հույս ունեն, որ խնդիրը կկարգավորվի, հակառակ դեպքում կշարունակեն վնասներ կրել:
