«Զվարթնոց»–ի հին մասնաշենքը պահպանելու համար հանդիպում կլինի

 

«Զվարթնոց» միջազգային և Գյումրու «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանների կոնցեսիոների կողմից ներկայացված 2018–2022 թվականների մաստեր պլանը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել: ՀՀ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչությունն այն հրապարակել է իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում: Ներկայացվող մաստեր պլանով նախատեսվում է շուրջ 38,2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումներ կատարել: Նոր պլանով կառամատույցի ծածկի նորացում, վազքուղու վերանորոգման և այլ աշխատանքներ են նախատեսվում: Կքանդվի նաև «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի հին մասնաշենքը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ճարտարապետներն ավելի քան երկու տարի մասնաշենքի ամբողջական պահպանմանն ուղղված քայլեր էին ձեռնարկում:

Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միության նախագահ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ պատրաստվում է առաջիկայում հանդիպում կազմակերպել, որի ընթացքում ճարտարապետների հետ կուսումնասիրեն նախագիծը, կքննարկեն ու առաջարկներ կներկայացնեն:

««Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի հին մասնաշենքը չի կարելի քանդել: Քանդելն ամենահեշտ ճանապարհն է: Այլ ուղիներ պետք է գտնել, որոնց մասին մենք արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ խոսում ենք: Թող ֆունկցիան փոխվի, թող ինչ–որ վերակառուցումներ կամ միջամտություններ արվեն, բայց հիմքում թող քանդելը չլինի»–ասաց նա:

Մկրտիչ Մինասյանից հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ նախագծի շրջանակներում ճարտարապետների հետ որևէ քննարկում եղե՞լ է:

«Խնդրել էինք աշխատել մեզ հետ: Բայց մենք այդ նախագիծը չենք տեսել: Անընդհատ ասում ենք՝ թող կոնցեսիոների խումբը գա, միասին եզրեր գտնենք, որպեսզի հին կառույցը պահպանվի, վերանորոգվի, բայց չքանդվի: Ոչ ոք մեզ չի լսում: Հիմա կուսումնասիրենք, կպահանջենք հնարավորինս պահպանել կառույցը: Բոլորի նպատակը մեկը պետք է լինի՝ հնարավոր եզրեր գտնել, որ չկորցնենք հին կառույցն ու չխափանենք օդանավակայանի աշխատանքը, որը դեռևս 10 տարի այս վիճակով կարող է աշխատել: Այնպես չէ, որ մեզ մոտ ամեն րոպե մի օդանավ է վայրէջք կատարում: Այստեղ այդքան մեծ հոսք չի գալիս, որ մտածենք, թե այլևս տեղ չկա ու առաջիկա երկու տարիների ընթացքում պետք է անպայման ընդարձակենք օդանավակայանը»:

Մկրտիչ Մինասյանը շեշտեց՝ «Զվարթնոց»–ի հին մասնաշենքը մոդեռնիստական ոճով ստեղծված կառույց է:

«Եթե մենք քանդում ենք մեր ճարտարապետության, մեր երկրի զարգացման ընթացքում ստեղծված կառույցները, ստացվում է, որ ընդհանրապես մասնակից չենք եղել այդ արժեքների ստեղծմանը: Քանդե՞նք, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ երիտասարդական պալատը, «Սևան» հյուրանոցը: Դրսի հարուստները քանդեցին ու դեռ կանգնում և ասում են՝ թե հայրենիք սիրողներ են:

Յուրաքանչյուր երկրում մի շահ պետք է լինի, որը նախևառաջ երկրի ունեցվածքը պահելու շահն է»,–նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Ճարտարապետների միության նախագահը չի բացառում՝ հնարավոր է, որ հին մասնաշենքն ամրության տեսակետից թերություններ ունենա:

«Ինչքան էլ ամուր սարքեն, մեկ է՝ եթե 30 տարի լքված վիճակում թողնեն, շենքն իր ուժը կկորցնի: Պահպանելու համար ամենօրյա ջանք է պետք: Իսկ այդ մասնաշենքին 40 տարի է՝ մոտեցող չկա, չեն էլ թողնում մոտենան: Բան չունեմ ասելու՝ մեծ, ընդարձակ, գունավոր և լուսավոր օդանավակայան է նորը, բայց զուգահեռ կան կառույցներ, որոնք պետք է պահել: Ի՞նչ անենք, ամբողջ Երևանը քանդենք: Տխուր իրավիճակ է: Ու չի քանդում թշնամին, մենք՝ մեր ձեռքով: Այսքան գրում ենք՝ «բաց» նամակ ժողովրդին, «փակ» նամակ նախագահին, և ոչ մի արդյունք: Հիասթափվում են մարդիկ»,– ասաց ճարտարապետն ու ընդգծեց՝ չնայած հիասթափված են, բայց քննարկում են ու քայլեր անպայման կձեռնարկեն:
