Ալիևյան ընտրությունները շուտ անցկացնելու երկու պատճառ

Քաղաքագետ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի կարծիքով, ընդհանրապես դժվար է հասկանալ, թե Ադրբեջանն ինչ քաղաքական օրակարգ ունի, քանի որ ինֆորմացիան հիմնականում փակ է, իսկ մեդիան՝ իշխանության կողմից վերահսկվող: Այն լրատվական ծառայությունները, որոնք քիչ թե շատ ազատ են, դրանք էլ Ադրբեջանից դուրս են աշխատում:
Խոսելով հերթական նախագահական ընտրությունները 6 ամսով առաջ գցելու Ալիև կրտսերի կողմից պատվերի մասին, քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, այնուամենայնիվ երկու պատճառ կարող էր լինել:
«Մի վարկածն այն կարող է լինել, որ միգուցե Ադրբեջանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ Ալիևը իրեն վստահ չի զգում: Եվ հնարավոր ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի սրացումներից խուսափելու համար, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ալիևը չի ցանկանում սպասել մինչև հոկտեմբեր: Երկրորդ վարկածը կարող է այն լինել, որ միգուցե Ալիևը պատրաստվում է պատերազմի և այդ պատճառով է որոշել նախագահական ընտրություններն առաջ գցել»,– ասաց Ա. Գրիգորյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ պետք չէ նաև մոռանալ, որ Ալիևը վերջերս ստացավ Ռուսաստանից գնած սպառազինության նոր խմբաքանակը և շարունակում է ռազմամթերք կուտակել ու պահեստավորել:
«Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ Ալիևը տեսավ, որ «բլից–կրիգ»՝ հարձակման կարճաժամկետ ձևաչափով դժվար է հաջողության հասնելը, հիմա էլ որոշել է երկարատև պատերազմի պատրաստվել»,– ասաց Ա. Գրիգորյանը:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե՝ այնուամենայնիվ մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանում, որն այսօր առանց այդ էլ եռացող կաթսայի է նմանվել, գերտերությունները թույլ կտա՞ն, որ ևս մեկ պատերազմական օջախ առաջանա, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց.
«Արցախը միակ տարածքն է, որտեղ միջազգային զորքեր չկան: Եվ եթե, օրինակ՝ Օսեթիան, Պրիդնեստրովյան, Կոսովոն և այլ երկրներ ունեն ռուսական կամ միջազգային զորքեր, բայց այո տարածաշրջանում միջազգային զորքեր չկան և ազդեցություն ունենալու հնարավորությունը շատ ցածր է: Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմաբազային, ապա դա արցախաադրբեջանական տարածքում չէ և էսկալացիայի դեպքում չեմ կարծում, որ կմիջամտի Ռուսաստանը»,– ասաց Ա. Գրիգորյանը:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ, պետք է հասկանալ, որ տարածաշրջանում միջազգային կառույցների ազդեցությունը թույլ է, քանի որ այս տարածքում այլ երկրների կողմից տեղակայված զորքեր չկան: Եվ այդ է պատճառը, որ իրենց գործողություններում ավելի ազատ են:
«Չնայած, չի բացառվում, որ ճգնաժամի պարագայում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերը մտնեն տարածաշրջան, բայց ներկա իրավիճակում, այսպիսին է պատկերը»,– ասաց Ա. Գրիգորյանը:
