Նավթի ու գազի որոնումներ Երևանում ու մարզերում
ECONOMICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մայրաքաղաքում և մի շարք մարզերում նավթ ու գազ կորոնեն: Լսումներ տեղի կունենան երեք համայնքներում: «Հայկական նավթի և գազի ընկերություն» ՍՊԸ–ն իր կողմից շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության փորձաքննության ներկայացված ՀՀ տարածքի 2–րդ պայմանական բլոկներում նավթի և գազի երկրաբանաորոնողական աշխատանքների շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի վերաբերյալ հանրային քննարկումներ կազմակերպելու նպատակով երեք հանդիպում կունենա:
Փետրվարի 14–ին տեղի կունենա առաջինը, որը կկայանա Կոտայքի մարզի Եղվարդի քաղաքապետարանի շենքում: Երկրորդ և երրորդ լսումներն էլ տեղի կունենան նույն օրը՝ փետրվարի 15–ին, մեկը Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքի մարզպետարանի շենքում, իսկ մյուսը Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր քաղաքի մարզպետարանի շենքում:
Երկրորդ պայմանական տարածքը ներառում է Երևանը, Արմավիրի, Արագածոտնի մարզերը ամբողջությամբ, Արարատի, Կոտայքի և Շիրակի մարզերի տարածքները մասնակի: Հայցվող տարածքի ընդհանուր մակերեսը շուրջ 7250 քառակուսի կիլոմետր է:
Առաջին փուլի աշխատանքները՝ երկրաֆիզիկական մեթոդներով տեղանքի ուսումնասիրությունները, կատարվելու են Արմավիրի մարզի Տալվորիկ, Հուշակերտ, Նոր Ամասիա, Նոր Արմավիր, Նոր Կեսարիա և Նալբանդյան, Արագածոտնի մարզի Օրգով, Բյուրական և Տեղեր, Կոտայքի մարզի Եղվարդ համայնքների տարածքներում:
Նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերին ստեղծված «Հայկական նավթի և գազի ընկերության» կողմից նավթի և գազի երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության համար հայցվող պայմանական 2–րդ բլոկի տարածքում են գտնվում բնության հատուկ պահպանվող ինը տարածքներ, որից երեքը պետական արգելոց և յոթը արգելավայր: Դրանք են «Խոսրովի անտառ», Խոր Վիրապ և «Էրեբունի» պետական արգելոցները, Հանքավանի ջրաբանական, Որդան կարմիր և Մարգահովիտի պետական արգելավայրերը, Մրտավարդենու և Արզական–Մեղրաձորի արգելավայրերն ու Արագածի ալպիական արգելավայրում պահպանվող Քարի լիճն ու ալպիական բուսականությունը:
Նախագծում ասվում է, որ առաջին փուլի երկրաֆիզիկական մեթոդներով իրականացվելիք աշխատանքները կատարվելու են բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների սահմաններից դուրս: Եվ պահպանվող էկոհամակարգերի վրա այդ աշխատանքներն ազդեցություն չեն ունենա: Նույնն է ասվում նաև ջրային ռեսուրսների վերաբերյալ: Մասնավորապես երկրորդ պայմանական բլոկի տարածքոմ են գտնվում Հրազդան, Քասախ և Արաքս գետերը:
Ըստ կառավարության Էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրի տվյալների՝ «Հայկական նավթի և գազի ընկերություն» ՍՊԸ–ի հիմնադիրը մեկ այլ ընկերություն է՝ «Էներգո Ինվեստ Հոլդինգ» ՓԲԸ–ն: Այս ընկերությունն էլ ստեղծվել է 2015 թ. նոյեմբերին: Հիմնադիրների վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը փակ է:
