Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը մայրաքաղաքի գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանը և շինարարական թույլտվությունների տրամադրման գործընթացի պարզեցմանը նվիրված խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան վարչությունների պետերը, գործընթացում ներգրավված կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաև վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի համապատասխան բաժինների պետերը:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը, կարևորելով գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման համար շինարարական թույլտվությունների տրամադրման գործընթացի հեշտացումը, նշել է, որ այդ նպատակին կարելի է հասնել միայն ոլորտի պատասխանատուների ամենօրյա նպատակասլաց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ:
«Կառավարության որոշմամբ Երևան քաղաքը համարվում է գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման միջոցառումների օբյեկտ և գտնվում է Համաշխարհային բանկի կողմից իրականացվող մշտական մոնիտորինգի տակ: Քաղաքաշինական թույլտվությունների տրամադրումը պետք է կատարվի ժամկետի մեջ, որակով, թափանցիկ, անխոչընդոտ»,- նշել է Կամո Արեյանը:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում վարչական շրջանների պատասխանատուներին բաժանվել են համապատասխան ուղեցույցները, որոնցում հնարավորին մատչելի ներկայացված են քաղաքաշինական տարբեր փաստաթղթեր ստանալու ընթացակարգերը: Ուղեցույցները հասանելի են լինելու Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում և մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում գործող «Մեկ պատուհան» գրասենյակներում, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքում՝ Doing Business 2018բաժնում:
