Իշխանությունները նրբորեն շրջանցում են ներդրումների աշխարհագրությունը. «Ժողովուրդ»
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Կառավարությունը մեծ հաջողությամբ շարունակում է թվանկարչությունը` ցույց տալու համար, թե իրականացվել են վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի խոստումները: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վարչապետի՝ 2017թ. ընթացքում 830-850 մլն դոլարի ներդրում ապահովելու հայտարարության մասին է:
Երեկ ԱԺ-կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Կարեն Կարապետյանն աչքալուսանք է տվել, թե խոստումը ոչ միայն կատարվել է, այլեւ գերակատարվել:
«Թվերը, որը ես եմ հայտարարել՝ 830-840 մլն ներդրումային ծրագրեր, այս պահին ամփոփված ունենք, և բոլոր ծրագրերը, որոնք մենք հայտարարել էինք, իրագործվել է, 856 մլն, եթե հիշողությունս չի դավաճանում, որից 580 մլն-ը մասնավոր սեկտորից է»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը:
Իսկ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունից «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան` տեղեկացրել են. «2017 թվականին պետք է կատարվեր շուրջ 490 մլն դոլարի ներդրում եւ ստեղծվեր 7300 նոր աշխատատեղ: Տարվա արդյունքներով իրականացվել է շուրջ 506 մլն դոլարի ներդրում, սակայն ստեղծվել է շուրջ 5200 նոր աշխատատեղ»:
Միայն թե, նկատենք, իշխանությունները նրբորեն շրջանցում են ներդրումների աշխարհագրությունը: Սա պարզ պատճառով. օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումները նախորդ տարի սպասվածից քիչ են եղել, հիմնականում գումարը եկել է հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտ, այն էլ օֆշորային երկրներից: Բայց որպեսզի կառավարությունը ցույց տա, թե ապահովել է խոստացված ցուցանիշը, հաշվարկներն անում է իր հնարած մեթոդաբանությամբ` ներառելով նաեւ այդ ընթացքում վերցված վարկային միջոցները, պետության կողմից ներդրված գումարները»:
