Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը` զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափած և Անգլիա տեղափոխված հայ ֆուտբոլիստի մասին
SPORTՎերջին օրերին հայկական մամուլում տեղեկություններ են տարածվել, թե «Փյունիկի» և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հավաքականի նախկին անդամ Հովիկ Ներսեսյանը հրաժարվում է վերադառնալ Հայաստան և քաղաքական ապաստան է խնդրել Անգլիայում:
Հովիկ Ներսեսյանը հարցազրույց է տվել անգլիական «shropshirestar.com»–ին և մասնավորապես ասել է.
«Իմ երկրում հետախուզման մեջ եմ: Եթե վերադառնամ, ինձ կբանտարկեն, ինչից հետո կզորակոչեն: Իմ կյանքը կլինի վտանգված: Հայաստանում ոչ մեկին չի հետաքրքրում, որ դու ֆուտբոլիստ ես: Կառավարությունը բոլորին ուղարկում է բանակ: Ադրբեջանի հետ ռազմական հակամարտության հետևանքով զոհվում են հայ զինվորներ: Շրոփշիրում (Անգլիա) ես ինձ անվտանգ եմ զգում: Հույս ունեմ, որ դատարանը դրական որոշում կընդունի»:
Այս առումով Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը ներկայացնում է պարզաբանումներ, հայտնում է ՀՖՖ–ի պաշտոնական կայքը.
«Հովիկ Ներսեսյանը մինչև 2015 թվականը եղել է «Փյունիկ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբի անդամ, ընդգրկվել է Հայաստանի պատանեկան, ապա երիտասարդական հավաքականներում: 2015 թվականին` ձմեռային զորակոչից առաջ Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան ՀՀ երիտասարդական հավաքականի ֆուտբոլիստների ցուցակը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարություն՝ համաձայն ընդունված կարգի այդ ֆուտբոլիստները իրենց ծառայությունը պետք է անցկացնեին սպորտային վաշտում, որը գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության սահմաններից շատ հեռու՝ Երևանում:
Ցուցակում ընդգրկված է եղել նաև Հովիկ Ներսեսյանը: Սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվել է ծառայել անգամ սպորտային վաշտում: 2015 թվականի աշնանը Հովիկ Ներսեսյանը ծնողների միջոցով՝ հիվանդության պատրվակով տարկետման իրավունք է ստացել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան բժշկական հանձնաժողովի կողմից և 2016 թվականին մեկնել է Անգլիա, որից հետո Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան և «Փյունիկ» ակումբը ոչ մի կապ կամ տեղեկություններ չեն ունեցել նրանից:
Հիմա այդ երիտասարդը քաղաքական ապաստան է խնդրել այլ երկրից. կարծում եմ` նրա միակ նպատակը Հայաստանից փախչելն է: Սա դասալքության վառ օրինակ է և ոչ մի կապ չունի նրա կողմից հնչեցրած պատճառների հետ»,– ասել է ՀՖՖ–ի նախագահը:
