Երևանում 23:00-ից հետո հրավառություն կազմակերպող անձը կտուգանվի 100.000-ից 200.000 դրամով
SOCIETYԵրևանի քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսում է խոշոր չափի տուգանքներ սահմանել մայրաքաղաքում սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ հրավառություն իրականացնելու համար:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նախագծի հիմնական զեկուցող, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ կանոնների, պահանջների խախտմամբ առաջին անգամ հրավառության իրականացումը տուգանվում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 1000-ապատիկի չափով, այսինքն՝ 1 միլիոն դրամով։Նույն արարքը առաջին տուգանքի նշանակման օրվանից հաշված մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կրկնելը հանգեցնում է տուգանքի նշանակում՝ 2000-ապատիկի չափով, այսինքն՝ 2 միլիոն դրամով։ Երրորդ անգամ խախտում թույլ տվողին կասեցնում կամ զրկում են այդ գործունեությունը իրականացնելու թույլտվությունից։
Նախատեսվում է նաև տուգանք գիշերային ժամերին լռության խախտման դեպքում. տուգանքը կլինի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի 100-ապատիկի չափով՝ 100 հազար դրամ։ «Եթե 23:00-ից մինչև առավոտյան ժամը 07:00-ն նա խախտում է լռությունը հրագործական առարկաների օգտագործմամբ, ապա այդ դեպքում առաջին անգամ տուգանքը սահմանվում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրապատիկի չափով, իսկ երկրորդ դեպքում՝ երկուհարյուրապատիկի չափով», - ներկայացրեց Կամո Արեյանը։
Նա հավելեց, որ խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել է օրինագիծը, որը ընդունելուց հետո կընդունվեն կառավարության որոշումներ, որոնցով կսահմանվեն չափորոշիչները։ «Օրենքի փաթեթը բերվել է կարգավորելու հարաբերությունները։ Երբ Երևանի ավագանու կողմից կսահմանվեն վարչական տարածքներում հրավառությունների կազմակերպման վայրերը, չափերը, տեղանքները տևողությունը, այն ժամանակ նոր կարելի է խոսել պատժիչ մեխանիզմներից», - ասաց Կամո Արեյանը։
