ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահները կոչը Վիեննայի և Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների մասին
POLITICSԵվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները հայտարարություն են տարածել տարածաշրջանային այցի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպումների արդյունքների հիման վրա։

Հայտարարությունում համանախագահներն ընդգծում են 2017-ի հոկտեմբերին Ժնևում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի և նախորդ, մասնավորապես՝ Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթնաժողովների շրջանակներում ստանձնած բոլոր պարտավորությունների բարեխղճորեն իրականացման կարևորությունը։
Համանախագահները խոր մտահոգություն են հայտնում շփման գծում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած մարդկային զոհերի առնչությամբ: Նրանք կողմերին կոչ են անում հավելյալ քայլեր ձեռնարկել լարվածությունը նվազեցնելու և հրադադարը պահպանելու համար, ինչպես որ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Ժնևում:
Համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են արել նաև զերծ մնալ հրահրիչ հայտարարություններից և սադրիչ գործողություններից:
Համանախագահները վերահաստատել են իրենց հավատարմությունը կողմերին աջակցելու հանձնառությանը հակամարտությանը խաղաղ լուծում գտնելու հարցում՝ հիմնված Հելսինկյան ակտի հիմնական սկզբունքների վրա, որը ներառում է ուժի չկիրառումը և ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ) և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրչիկը փետրվարի 7-ին Բաքվում հանդիպում են անցկացրել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, իսկ փետրվարի 9-ին Երևանում հանդիպել են ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ:
Մայրաքաղաքներում համանախագահները խորհրդակցություններ են վարել նաև ԱԳ նախարարների հետ: Փետրվարի 9-11-ը նրանք այցելել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ հանդիպելու տեղի իշխանությունների հետ։
