ՀՀ Նախագահի նստավայրում տեղի է ունեցել Բուլղարիայի նախագահի դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողությունը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրավերով պետական այցով տիկնոջ հետ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն է ժամանել Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ռումեն Ռադևը:


Ինչպես past.am տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահի նստավայրում նախագահ Ռումեն Ռադևին և տիկին Դեսիսլավա Ռադևային դիմավորել են Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանը: Դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողությունից հետո կայացել է նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ռումեն Ռադևի առանձնազրույցը:

Ողջունելով նախագահ Ռադևին Հայաստանում՝ Նախագահ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Բուլղարիայի նախագահի այցը Հայաստան կընթանա հաջողությամբ, և նախագահ Ռադևը կվերադառնա բարեկամ Բուլղարիա ջերմ տպավորություններով և ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններով: 

«Թեև շուրջ տասը տարի է անցել իմ պաշտոնական այցից Բուլղարիա, ես այդ այցը հաճույքով եմ հիշում, որովհետև այն լի էր ջերմությամբ, լի էր բազմաթիվ բարեկամական դրսևորումներով: Գոհունակությամբ ուզում եմ փաստել, պարո՛ն նախագահ, որ այս 25 տարիներին մենք ունենք լուրջ ձեռքբերումներ: Եվ թեև մեր երկու երկրների միջև առկա ներուժը ամբողջությամբ չենք օգտագործել, բայց այդ ձեռքբերումներն օրինաչափ են: Օրինաչափ են, որովհետև մեր հարաբերությունները հիմնված են պատմական լավ բարեկամության վրա: 
Պարո՛ն նախագահ, օգտվելով այս լավ առիթից, ցանկանում եմ շնորհավորել Բուլղարիային Եվրոպական միության խորհրդում նախագահության կապակցությամբ և մաղթել ձեզ հաջողություններ ձեր նախագահության առաջնահերթություններն իրականացնելու գործում: Դա նաև կարևոր է մեզ համար, որովհետև մենք էլ ձգտում ենք մերձենալ Եվրոպական միության հետ: 
Մեկ անգամ ևս բարի գալուստ Հայաստան»,-ասել է Նախագահ Սարգսյանը:

Բուլղարիայի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին Հայաստան այցելելու հրավերի համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ մեծ գոհունակությամբ է ընդունել այն:

«Մեր երկու երկրների միջև փոխհարաբերությունները պարզապես բարեկամական չեն՝ դրանք, իսկապես, բարեկամական են պատմական առումով: Ինչպես Դուք ասացիք՝ մեր երկու ժողովուրդները շատ ընդհանրություններ ունեն իրենց պատմական ճակատագրի հարցում և նրանք միմյանց նկատմամբ մեծ հարգանք ու սեր են տածում: Մենք նույնիսկ պարտական ենք մեր ժողովուրդներին, որովհետև նրանք մեզնից ակնկալում են ավելի դինամիկ փոխհարաբերություններ: Ձեր հրավերով և այս այցով մենք իրականում բացթողում ենք լրացնում՝ նկատի առնելով, որ տասը տարի նմանատիպ այց չի եղել: Իսկ դա լավագույն նախադրյալն է, որպեսզի զարգանան մեր փոխհարաբերությունները բոլոր բնագավառներում: Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ այս այցը կունենա կոնկրետ չափելիություն: Ակնկալում եմ, որ այսօր կստորագրենք համագործակցության չորս շատ կարևոր փաստաթուղթ: Ես իմ պատվիրակության կազմում ունեմ նաև չորս հոգի, որոնք մեր ամենակարևոր կազմակերպությունների նախագահներն են, և այդ առումով ակնկալիքներ ունեմ, որ իսկապես կակտիվանան մեր փոխհարաբերություններն առևտրատնտեսական ոլորտում»,-Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ առանձնազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է Բուլղարիայի նախագահ Ռումեն Ռադևը:
