Անազատ Ադրբեջանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են

Մարդու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները սահմամնափակող Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունում այսօր` նոյեմբերի 1-ին խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են: Ինչպես նախորդ, այնպես էլ այս ընտրությունները, ակնկալվում է, որ կընթանան լուրջ խախտումներով: Դրա մասին է վկայում մարդու իրավունքների վիճակի խիստ վատթարացումը, որը շատ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից խիստ քննադատության է արժանացել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի 125 տեղի համար պայքարի մեջ կմտնի 767 թեկնածու 15 քաղաքական կուսակցությունից: Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցության հիմնական մրցակիցն ընդդիմադիր «Միասնական Ադրբեջանի ազգային ճակատն» է: Ընտրություններում իր անկախ թեկնածուներին է առաջադրել նաև «Ազադլըգ-2015» բլոկը, որը միավորել է 7 ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների:
Ընտրություններից արդեն ամիսներ առաջ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները, հավատարիմ մնալով բռնատիրական իրենց քաղաքականությանը, հետապնդել և բանտարկել են շատ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստների, ընդդիմադիր գործիչների և երկրի իշխանություններին քննադատող լրագրողների` խոչընդոտելով նրանց մասնագիտական գործունեությունը: Այս պատճառով է, որ շատ դիտորդական առաքելություններ վերջին պահին հրաժարվեցին դիտորդական խմբեր ուղարկել Ադրբեջան` հետևելու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: Այս տարի ընտրությունների ընթացքը կհսկեն 500 դիտորդ 37 կազմակերպությունից և 53 երկրից, ինչը երկու անգամ պակաս է նախորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ Ադրբեջան ժամանած դիտորդների թվից: Այս տարի ընտրություններին իր դիտորդական առաքելությունն ուղարկելուց հրաժարվել է ԵԱՀԿ ԺՀՄԻԳ-ը` կապված Բաքվի կողմից դրված սահմանափակումների հետ:
Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին կմասնակցի 5 միլիոն 198 հազար 229 քաղաքացի: Արտերկրում բնակվող ադրբեջանցիներն ընտրություններին չեն մասնակցի, քանի որ ադրբեջանական օրենսգիրքը չի նախատեսում ընտրատեղամասերի բացում արտերկրում՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ:
