Ահաբեկչության թաքնված վտանգը կամ իշխանության ակնարկը ծռերին

Հայաստանում մտադիր են քրեականացնել հանցանք կատարելու հրապարակային կոչերը, ինչպես նաև հրապարակայնորեն ահաբեկչությունն արդարացնելը կամ քարոզելը: Համապատասխան նախագիծը տեղադրված է իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում:
Նախագծով ահաբեկչության, ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման և միջազգային ահաբեկչության հրապարակային կոչերը, ահաբեկչությունն արդարացնելը կամ քարոզելը պատժվում է տուգանքով` նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հինգհարյուրապատիկից հազարապատիկի չափով կամ կալանքով` երկուսից երեք ամիս ժամկետով կամ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:
Առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե ահաբեկչություն ասելով ինչ թիրախավորում է ընտրվելու: Հարցի շուրջ կա ոչ միայն իրավական անորոշություն, այլ, այսպես ասած քաղաքական: Անորոշ է, թե ովքեր կամ ինչ դեպքեր են իշխանությանը դրդում նախօրոք ապահովագրվել: Մեծ հավանականությամբ խոսքը Սասնա ծռերի և նրանց աջակիցների մասին է: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ վերջիններիս գործողություններին իշխանության իրավական վերաբերմունքը ահաբեկչության հոդվածով չի արտահայտվում, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանական քարոզչությունը փորձում է նրանց մատուցել ահաբեկչական ֆոնի ներքո:
Չի բացառվում, որ փորձ է արվում քարոզչական այս մոտեցումը դարձնել իրավական ՝ առաջիկայում ծռերի, նրանց հայտնի ու անհայտ աջակիցների հնարավոր սաբոտաժները զսպելու համար:
