Պարզվում է՝ գիշերային ակումբի մասին գիտեին միայն «գիշերային» այցելուները

Այն, որ մայրուղիներից մեկի վրա կարող է ապօրինի գործող ժամանցի ակումբ հայտնաբերվել, հետաքրքիր է: Բայց ավելի հետաքրքիր է, որ այն հայտնաբերվում է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից, այն էլ՝ իր հսկողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու ժամանակ:
Ավելի զավեշտալի է պատկերը դառնում, երբ հայտնաբերվածը ոչ թե հավաբուն է, այլ ասենք գիշերային ակումբ: Այսինքն, զվարճանքի վայր, որտեղ մարդկանց հոսքը հիմնականում բավականին մեծ է:
Անշուշտ, դժվար է ասել, թե օրինակ այդ գիշերային ակումբում ինչ ներքին աշխատանքային պայմաններ են եղել, ինչ մարդկային բարքեր են տիրել, բայց հարց է ծագում, թե ինչպես է պատահել, որ այն այսքան ժամանակ «վրիպել է» իշխանավորների աչքից:
Նման դեպքեր բացահայտելիս, երբեմն տպավորություն է առաջանում, թե Հայաստանն այնքան մեծ ու անծայրածիր երկիր է, որ դրա մի ծայրից մյուսը հասնելու համար ամիսներ ու նույնիսկ տարիներ են հարկավոր: Եվ այդ է պատճառը, որ շատ հաճախ գլուխը տեղյակ չի լինում, թե ոտքերը երբ ուր են գնում:
Բայց արի ու տես, որ մեր երազանքների ծովից ծով Հայաստանը վաղուց չկա, իսկ երկրի մի ծայրից մյուսը մեքենայով հասնելու համար ընդամենը կես օրն էլ է բավարար:
Այս պարագայում հարց է ծագում, թե ինչպես է պատահում, որ տեղական ու համայնքային մակարդակով այսքան տարի չեն կարողանում մայրուղու վրա աշխատող գիշերային ակումբի մասին տեղեկություն ունենալ: Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց պատասխանը պետք է տան ոչ թե ՊԵԿ-ը, այլ ՏԻՄ-երը, բայց նրանք, ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա, ձկան նման լուռ են: Սպասենք զարգացումներին ու տեսնենք, թե ինչով կավարտվի այս նորահայտ գիշերային ակումբի պատմությունը:
