Ուկրաինայի իրավապահները Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլիին արտաքսել են Լեհաստան

Ուկրաինայի իրավապահները Ուկրաինայի «Նոր ուժերի շարժում» կուսակցության նախագահ, Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլիին վտարել են Լեհաստան, որտեղից նա մուտք էր գործել Ուկրաինայի տարածք 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերին: ՏԱՍՍ-ին այս մասին հայտնել է Ուկրաինայի պետական սահմանապահ ծառայությունը:
«Տվյալ անձը անօրինական կերպով գտնվում է Ուկրաինայի տարածքում, ուստի իրավական բոլոր ընթացակարգերի պահպանմամբ նա վերադարձվել է այն երկիր, որտեղից ժամանել էր՝ խախտելով մեր երկրի օրենսդրությունը»,- ասված է սահմանապահ գերատեսչության հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ ուկրաինական լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություններ էին տարածվել, որ Միխեիլ Սահակաշվիլիին ձերբակալել են Կիևի կենտրոնում գտնվող «Սուլուգունի» ռեստորանում և տեղափոխել «Բորիսպոլ» օդանավակայան: Սահակաշվիլիի կողմնակիցները նշել էին, որ պատրաստվում են բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպել և փակել օդանավակայան տանող ճանապարհները:
