ԱԻՆ-ը նոր անօդաչու թռչող սարք է ձեռք բերել

«Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմ» հիմնադրամի և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից համատեղ իրականացվող «Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմի կարողությունների զարգացում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում (Եվրահանձնաժողովի մարդասիրական օգնության և բնակչության պաշտպանության հարցերով գլխավոր վարչության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող) ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության համար ձեռք է բերվել անօդաչու թռչող սարք։ Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Իտալական IDS (Ingegneria Dei Sistemi) ընկերության կողմից արտադրված IDS Colibrì կոչվող փոքր անօդաչու թռչող սարքը հատուկ նախագծված է արտակարգ իրավիճակներում աշխատանքներ ծավալելու՝ մասնավորապես օդային տարածքի ուսումնասիրություն և քարտեզագրում իրականացնելու համար։ Սարքի ֆունկցիոնալ կարողությունները, ինչպես նաև դիմացկունությունն արդեն իսկ փորձարկվել են արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում գործող բազմաթիվ պետական կառույցների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից, այդ թվում՝ Իտալիայի ոստիկանության և Իտալական Կարմիր Խաչի կողմից։
Անօդաչու թռչող սարքը ձեռք է բերվել հետևյալ նպատակներով․
• Զարգացնել ԱՌՆԱՊ հիմնադրամի անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառման միջոցով ծառայություններ մատուցելու կարողությունները, մասնավորապես՝ փրկարարական հետախուզական աշխատանքներում, ռիսկերի մոդելավորման, քաղաքաշինության և այլ ոլորտներում։
• Զարգացնել ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի կարողությունները, մասնավորապես՝ ուսանողներին սովորեցնել կիրառել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, իրականացնել վտանգավոր տարածքների նկարահանումներ, ռիսկերի մոդելավորում և այլն։
Սարքը կիրառվելու է նաև վերոնշյալ ծրագրի իրականացման թիրախ հանդիսացող Ստեփանավան և Կապան համայնքների երիտասարդական նորարարական կենտրոններում՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով երիտասարդներին գործնականում կիրառել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։
Վերոնշյալ համայնքների երիտասարդական նորարարական կենտրոններում ստեղծվելու են ռոբոտաշինության լաբորատորիաներ, որտեղ երիտասարդները կսովորեն նաև ստեղծել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։
Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկա անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառման հետ կապված իրավական կարգավորում կմշակվի համապատասխան օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որը կներկայացվի կառավարության հաստատմանը:
